All the staff were very very friendly and they were like family especially Pamela Ismael and B&B. Everybody was extending his/her help and support to make our stay comfortable. This is my third time staying at this hotel and I will keep staying at it every time I visit London. Thank you everyone for the warm welcome and comfort we experienced during our stay.

Booked this hotel for my mum to stay while visiting us. Facilities are new and clean. As mentioned by some other reviews the room is on the small side, but okay for one person.

The hotel front desk was very welcoming and professional, but the room was a bit small. Everything else was good. The big bed was very comfortable. The room was close to the road and it was not noisy with soundproof glass. There were no disposable toiletries and slippers in the bathroom, so you need to bring your own. The breakfast was delicious, especially the croissants. It was a pleasant trip!

Nice and spacious and good mattress, nice shower could also be set very hot. Delicious breakfast with lots of choice. Public transport nearby, Oxford Street for shopping within walking distance and a nice pub Monkey Puzzle which is also recommended.
We will gladly come back next time.

FRAUD!!!! This is the worst place in my life! Rooms without window in basement! Nothing to eat for Breakfast. Pay attention, this is a SCAM. NEVER AGAIN. We paid more than 400£ per night to sleep on a basement! This is a SCAM. Never again we will book this hotel
