Location is very good, close to Westfield shopping mall and Stratford underground.
Check in and out process is very smooth and fast. All staff are very friendly, breakfast is enjoyable.
However, the room cleanliness is really low quality, I can see dirty spots on lines and sofa. And I got bite as well.

Great location and perfect if you’re travelling into London via Stansted airport. Only 2 working lifts for 10 floors can be a pain at times

The location of the hotel is okay, but it's not easy to find. I went to the wrong place while carrying 4 big boxes, so I found the second hotel. Although they are not far apart, it is really inconvenient to have a lot of luggage. The rooms are average and the lighting is a bit weird and purple.
There is no internet in the room.

Really lovely staff, friendly and helpful . Tasty breakfast and very handy for Stratford. I only stayed one night but the room was comfortable and quiet and the meal in the restaurant in the evening was good value for money. Would definitely recommend this hotel. In particular Ivan was a great host in the restaurant, welcoming and helpful in the reception.

I'll start by saying that despite Premier Inn being a well-known UK chain, it is a chain, so for those looking for high-end luxury at an unaffordable price, then this review will probably not be for you. Great base for our family to shop, as well as to go do a bit of sight-seeing in London. Well placed for rail and tube if just passing through. We had the best sleep, bath and shower. Surprisingly quiet considering the size and location of the hotel. Easy to get too and find. All for an excellent price. Breakfast was also excellent. Kids eat free with a full paying adult, which was a real bonus for our family of 5. Nice enough looking hotel, free Wi-Fi, luggage store. Very serviceable. Best bit for us was the team. Hard working, helpful, and friendly. Nothing seemed to be a chore for them. Smiley, good with the children and actually looked like they were happy in their work. A somewhat rare quality these days, we sometimes find. Would definitely return again. You'll read good and bad reviews, but I'd say give it a go, and judge for yourself. We've just had the best time!
