The location is great but my experience was somewhat marred by the service.
Our room was well-decorated, featuring a comfortable bed. The amenities were satisfactory, including a mini-fridge and complimentary Wi-Fi. Housekeeping was efficient, keeping the room clean and tidy.
Unfortunately, this was where my experience fell short. The reception and concierge staff were not as attentive as I had hoped. We found it difficult to get assistance with local recommendations. This lack of attentiveness detracted from what could have been a perfect stay.

In town for business. Langham is very centrally-located and has outstanding service. Room was large (in new wing) and very comfortable. Enjoyed a visit to the restaurant and main bar (off of lobby). Nice walk from hotel down Regent Street.

The room was very clean, but the area was a little small. When I checked in at the front desk that day, I met a hotel staff member who was a Chinese girl. She was very nice.

The wall in the picture is the scenery outside the window! The room was so small that the two suitcases could not be fully opened! The bed is also huge and small. I'm a woman of average build, so it's just right. Land prices in London are too expensive. Don’t expect luxury rooms at high prices. They are incomparable to those in China. There is only one restaurant in the hotel. You can get food from the dining bar and order food. Anyway, after paying for breakfast, you can eat as much as you like (of course, don’t expect British food to be delicious!). What I can't understand is that I was notified to change rooms the next day. I thought it would be an upgrade, but the result... (For details next time, please see the second comment)

The location is quiet in the middle of the hustle and bustle, very convenient to Oxford Street and the subway station. The building is beautiful, the room bed is super big, the service is attentive, the breakfast is very rich, and I even got porridge and salted eggs!
