The room was comfortable & clean. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Staff helpful & pleasant.
It’s quite near the tourist area of The Tower of London etc & I was there to visit Tower Hill Memorial
of Mercantile losses @ sea are honoured from both World Wars.

Very good, hotel facilities are also good, but the card is always failed to swipe, running up and down many times and then reprogram the card for about three times before successfully swipe the door

The hotel is next to the railway. My first night stay was in a room with a railway view. I was woken up by the trains around 4 am. The staff was nice and moved me to a room on the other side. However, on the fifth (?) day of my stay, I noticed that the tap water was not clean. I showed the photos of the water (attached) and provided the glass of water (in the photo) to the staff in the morning. The same day evening, I asked about the problem and was told to wait for the manager in the morning. Amelia, the manager, was friendly. She said that the water was normal. She drank the water form the tap as a proof that the water was safe. And she provided me a new kettle.

Came for Mother’s Day weekend with my mum and stayed for 3 nights from Friday 28th. Enoch & Anirudh spent the entire Friday night serving us with nothing but smiles (and vodka :)) as well as Sunday and we had the best time. They are fantastic at what they do, they welcomed us and made us feel comfortable in our surroundings by being friendly and hospitable. They went above and beyond and we will be staying again - thank you guys :))))

No room maintenance, bed not changed, bin not emptied, no clean towels, shower filthy, sink filthy, only 2 coat hangers In wardrobe, staff not interested too busy either talking on mobile phones or to each other

I don’t really take my time to give a review but this is the right time to do so because the extremely nice experience my wife and I had at this place, the lovely lady at the reception I think her name is Cynthia made of our staying a great unfortunately experience. Some people were born to service with kindness and she is one of Those people. Thank you so much

I had a really pleasant stay at Travelodge, and I’d like to commend the staff for their exceptional service. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly polite, welcoming, and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. They were also very knowledgeable about the local area, offering helpful tips and recommendations that made getting around much easier. I was particularly grateful for how accommodating they were – they kindly allowed me to store my bag after checkout, which was a huge help, and even arranged a taxi service for me without any fuss. It’s the little touches like these that make a real difference. A big thank you to the team – you made my stay stress-free and enjoyable!

This is my second night here at travelodge I dear say I had a wonderful customer experience this even buying and having a few drinks with my partner jenny enoch and ahmel were fantastic great customer service they were polite willing and ready to serve us our drinks very good command of English. I had a few alcoholic beverages so did jenny great freindly chit chat with Enoch and Ahmel who serve us with a friendly smile: thanks guys our best experience at travellodge chambers street thus far
