Travelodge London Farringdon

On our arrival once we arrived in our room . When going to use the toilet, I looked into the bath and found 2 public hairs in the bath . This was not a very nice sight to see. In the evening, our room 102 is at the back of the building, and we have the bins, etc, below us and on looking outside at 8 pm I noticed something moving in the bins below and saw several Rats in the bins . These bins are wide open for whoever wants to go into them . This is wrong they should be shut and locked . It's disgusting to see. I really didn't want to be seeing this . I won't be returning . To have public hair to then rats it's a filthy dirty hotel .

It was really good and nice experience with staff and hotel. Short time booking with low price and good view from room. Central London access via tube or train. Just 10 min walking distance from hotel to the station. Excellent service by receptionist and housekeeping staffs.

This really is basic- no hairdryer, safe, ironing board, etc in rooms. Especially no niceties like biscuits, glasses for water, a useful sized side-table, etc. The breakfast buffet hot food tasted like it had been out for hours and the continental selection was basically just a croissant or bagel. No choice of pastries or cheeses, etc. Aside from that, the staff were all really friendly and it was clean & those two things can go a long way which is why I've given 3 stars.

Convenient for King’s Cross access about a 15minute walk also close to Farringdon. Bit noisy as the tube line runs directly underneath but no major complaints, rooms reasonable size, bathroom slight small but aircon works well and plenty of tea coffee to help your self to at reception

Lovely staff and very helpful...... Good signal for wifi in our room..... Clean room, Sadly the Breakfast was disappointing, could be hotter... But over all a nice enjoyable stay.... We have booked again already for September 2025......

The hotel has a great continent location, plenty of pubs/ bars and shops nearby. The restaurant was decent, good breakfast also. I was really impressed with front reception (Shivya in particular), very helpful and accommodating. Awesome staff so thank you!!
