Convenient location, comfortable beds! Gym has great views and sufficient equipment

Hotel is very conveniently located between King Cross and Euston Station. Staffs are very friendly and helpful! But the room is abit dated. The bed is joined together with 2 single. And so my husband side of bed was rather ok (firm enough), while mine was so soft that I feel sunken in 😅 The shampoo/soap dispenser was not properly screw in too. We got to fix it abit before we can finally pump some soap out.

Great location, next to the Eurostar station, will share with friends and family!

This is a really great hotel with kind and warm staff and perfect location! I think I would definitely choose here again for my next trip plan in London.

The staff, although a little unsure, sometimes put extra effort into finding solutions and were super helpful. Great and clean place to stay. Great entertainment lineups leading up to the weekend.

The hotel is around 5-7 minutes’ walk from St Pancras Station. The room was fairly spacious though I found the air conditioning not too effective in regulating the room temperature. I was somehow feeling itchy while sleeping on the bedsheets. The buffet breakfast offered in the hotel was good in value for money. The front desk staff was friendly and polite except for the fact that the hotel did not accept cash to settle payment.

We chose Pullman for its location to Kings Cross and I think it met our expectations. Room wise, it was good enough, very spacious. Amenities are decent good.

The hotel is located near kings cross station and euston station. It is very convenient with a decent bar restaurant beneath. The service we received is also very good.

Room was a bit small, perfect for families traveling of 3. The first room given to us had small flying pests and we requested a different room which was cleaner. Hotel was a bit older and the shower was slow to drain. The hotel had no cool air as the weather outside was about 50F so it was pretty warm, we had to open the windows to let the cool air come in, but was very noisy from the traffic with open windows. Coming from LA we prefer the room temp to be around 65F and it was about 74F which was too warm for us. Breakfast was good, overall a good trip.

Recep service - the lady who served us during the check-in appeared very disinterested and took a long time to locate the booking. the same lady who took the laundry on the second day still appears the same. maybe it's a job fit issue or.. a racist issue? who knows. the other recep who served us other times were friendly though. in fact, we made a mistake with our booking as we thought we were only leaving the next day, which was in fact not, the manager that day was nice enough to allow us enough time to pack up without charging us. Housekeeping - the first housekeeping was not exactly up to standard of an international branding. what was used was not replaced, PJs where just thrown aside as the beds were made. however, the next day housekeeping was good. Room - we told the recep in the evening that the room lobby lights were not working, as they did not have maintainence guy on duty at night, they arrange for the next day. it was promptly attended to the next day.

Good service, good location and good drinks. Really enjoy the time here.

The location is great, a few minutes walk from railway and bus stop to Oxford Street is just actoss the street. The modern deco is styllish. The room is spaceous and clean. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is very satisfying. All the staff, in the front desk, at the restaurant and the ones who clean our room were very helpful and nice. I have a wonderful stay and will surely be back.
