Pullman London St Pancras Reviews

Traveling with my elderly family members, I found this hotel to be very conveniently located, close to King's Cross, St Pancras, and Euston stations, right next to the library. There are plenty of dining options nearby. Coincidentally, England was playing Norway in the World Cup, and the pub across the street was absolutely buzzing! The breakfast was quite good, mostly English style, and of good quality. The air conditioning in the room worked great, and it was clean. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

In general, I am satisfied with most of the services except the following. On the second day of our stay, we went out after breakfast for shopping and then went back hotel during the lunch hour for a short rest. We could not open the door by the original door key. When we visited the hotel service desk, the staff told us that all door locks in the hotel were just upgraded and there would be a new key for us. We complained that why didn’t they announce such a change in advance. They said that a notice poster has been posted inside the lift in that morning and perhaps some residents might have overlooked the announcement. Although we could enter the hotel room again after getting the new key, we did not feel good about their service regarding the sudden change of locks.

The room was clean and quite spacious. Compared to Kaya's British style, Pullman felt more international. From breakfast to the front desk service, it wasn't as conveniently located as Kaya. The luggage storage and taxi booking services were both excellent.

Good location. Big room. The sink drain was clogged at the first day so we couldn’t take shower.

The location is great, looking over the British Library and St Pancras. Lovely view. Room is spacious and clean. Happy with the stay.

The hotel's location is excellent, right near King's Cross Station and with beautiful views overlooking the British Library. It's directly accessible from Gatwick Airport, and train connections to Cambridge and Edinburgh are just a 10-minute walk away. I stayed here for 5 nights, and considering the price, I'd strongly suggest adding a self-service laundry room. Many tourists visiting the UK spend a significant amount of time in London, and a self-service washer and dryer would be very much appreciated.

The hotel's location is super convenient, close to the train station and UCL. The British Library is right outside the door. However, the elevators don't require a key card, which made me feel a bit unsafe. The lobby was also quite noisy, with the bar next door constantly playing music.

location is excellent! just next to the British library & minutes walk to St Pancras/King’s Cross Train Station. Lots of buses as well and Euston station is nearby as well. Very near to Camden Town as well. Check-in was quick but a bit impersonal. Room size is standard & pretty good. The only thing that I am concerned about is that the elevators doesn’t need key card access so anyone can just take them up to any floor/room directly so made me feel a bit insecure. The sound insulation in the room isn’t too great - could hear next door neighbour slamming doors/walls.. but the king sized bed is excellent and super comfortable!!

The hotel's location is great, close to King's Cross and St. Pancras stations, making getting around very convenient. This time, I was assigned a high-floor room with excellent views. Picture 1 shows the station as seen exiting the elevator, and picture 2 is the British Library next to the hotel. The room was also quite spacious, with a small living area. The service was proactive and enthusiastic. If I go to London again, I would definitely stay here.

I enjoyed my time at Pullman! The bed was massive and comfortable, temperature control was excellent. The breakfast had huge variety and great ambience and service. Didn’t get to use the other amenities such as gym and sauna due to time constraints.

The hotel is very close to King's Cross Station, and the staff are great. They saw us from a distance and came to help us with our luggage. The rooms are generally larger than other London hotels.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Near to the train station and rail station, convenient to move around.

The location is an absolute advantage, and public transportation is also very convenient. King's Cross, the Harry Potter platform, the British Library, the Eurostar UK station, and the Big Bus tour bus are all right next door. The British Museum is about a 20-minute walk, which is also acceptable. I'm giving it 4.5 stars for these conveniences. Parking and getting a taxi during peak hours can be difficult with lots of traffic, so it's not very convenient. It's not suitable for very young children, as the ground floor is a restaurant and bar. Compared to some hotels with very historic building facades, this one is quite modern.

Family trip, booked well in advance. The arrangements were made a long time ago. Cleanliness: Very good. Although downstairs is a main road, the soundproofing is excellent. There's a lively bar on the ground floor; I went for a drink every day. I stayed at this hotel for three nights, right next to St Pancras Station. It was very convenient for catching trains. A great trip to the UK!
