Travelodge London Docklands

The best part of my stay was definitely the breakfast, really well prepared. Good service while in the breakfast part of the hotel by Sajid, really polite. Would come here again. Something I would change is that the service can be slow during the evenings when going to get a “light bite” or just a drink, so I would try to keep an employee at the bar to serve customers straight away. Otherwise, really brilliant hotel!

Everything was great except that there is no free wifi. Why isn't there a wifi code included when you hire a room? Or a code at check in, i think maybe this would be nice, please. The food is really good, the servcise is good, i'd defenitly come back here

Hotel is amazing the views incredible. However this hotel is severely let down by the restaurant complete disorganisation to even communicate that it was open. Then when asked excused the service because they have a big table in so we will have to sit in the bar area. Had already been waiting 35 minutes because the barrier was still over indicating that the restaurant was shut proceeded to order once we were told we could sit anywhere in the bar and eat. Ordered. Waited 45 minute further for the food to come out. There was no salt anywhere in the shakers. Even in the salt shakers it was pepper. Food was really disappointing standard and small but by this point I was really hungry so ate. Real shame. Yes a big table but there are other customers who would like to use and eat at the restaurant. Another gentleman asked for his money back as he had been waiting so long.

Very clean and comfortable room was very quiet. Staff was lovely and very helpful especially a lovely lady called Mary who was serving breakfast she was checking everything was okay or if we needed anything,the breakfast was really good to. Would definitely recommend staying there.

We had the most amazing view from our room on the 14th floor and this was one of the highlights of our stay. The room was very spacious and the bed was super comfy and we slept like logs all weekend! We had breakfast both mornings and was great value for money and we had dinner one evening which was really nice too. All staff were extremely helpful, always went above and beyond to ensure everyone was comfortable and overall one of the best stays we have had in a very long time. Big shout out to Michael who was a proper legend all weekend

We stayed one night, the staff were friendly and very helpful when we asked for directions. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choice and the breakfast staff were also very friendly and helpful. The only downside was only 2 of the 4 lifts were working. There was only one member of staff that let the side down. I had a bad cold sore on my lip and despite me saying it was a cold sore she insunuated that my husband had hit me. My husband was very upset about this as he has and would never hit me.
