Amazing stay in a beautiful building. Take the time to go from the breakfast room and go left, just past the lifts and look up. The ceilings are such a surprise!
We loved the fact that we could walk 50 steps and be in Hyde Park. It was a really well situated hotel, on the central line, with the road next to us full of food venues
The breakfasts were kept very well stocked, with a great range of foods available.

The hotel location is so good. It is a lovely hotel and the room is comfortable but a bit small with a stair inside. It is difficult to open up 2 luggage at the same time. The toilet is so small and the glass water protector is too small, which took me so long to take a bath and wash my hair.

It was Great. So much history . Best breakfast. Made my birthday perfect with boloons choclate and very helpfull friendly serviceminded staff . Comfy beds. So beutiful enviromåent. WE WILL BE BACK.

It's a lovely hotel in a fantastic location, with easy access to public transport and situated in a safe area. The staff are incredibly warm and welcoming, and the beautifully decorated lobby adds to the charm. The service is excellent. The rooms are comfortable, though a bit on the smaller side, which can be challenging if you're handling a large suitcase.
The walls are a bit thin, and the curtains could use some fixing. The room design I had was a little unusual, with stairs inside. That said, overall, it was a good experience!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Went out of their way to seat all of us together at breakfast as we were a group of 5 couples.
Rooms as others said were very small. Would have been better if heating was put on in rooms before our arrival as rooms were freezing. Our shower cubicle was minute. Luckily we were not big people or would have struggled to shut the door .
We loved the decor in the main hotel, lots of original features and history.
