Hotel was dirty, most staff unfriendly and tiny rooms for a steep price. First time I’ve stayed in a Premier Inn, hopefully it will be the last. I think I’ll need to see a chiropractor after sleeping in their lumpy beds. No kettles in room. Coffee machine downstairs makes terrible coffee. I would not wish this hotel on my worst enemy. At least it was just a two night stay.

This hotel has a fabulous location at a decent value. We found the hotel to be generally clean and tidy in the common area. The breakfast was decent for items offered and thus area was clean as well. The room was one of the bigger rooms, which was compact compared to American standards. The bed was thin with the Springs protruding through the matters. Needless to say the bed was uncomfortable. Being was either a heavy weighted blanket or nothing. The ac unit was filthy with caked on dust and dirt. The bathroom paint was peeling due to lack of ventilation. The shower had black mold.

Really impressed with this hotel. It’s right in the centre of Soho yet the rooms are quiet, the staff friendly and the breakfast is great. What more did you want? I would definitely use this as my go to London hotel. Check in before 3pm isn’t possible but that’s fine if you’re aware.

I’m the biggest fan of the Hub. This was my first time at the Soho branch. Brilliant location and very quiet, despite being so central. Staff were very nice and friendly. My TV wasn’t working. A staff member did offer to speak to the manager, and although I didn’t want her to (I didn’t mind not having a telly), I’m confident it would have been addressed if needed. Breakfast was lovely.

Fantastic central location - clean, friendly and quiet given it is in the heart of Soho and close to China town. It was easy to walk from the hotel to all the places we wanted to visit and only a 10 minute walk to Tottenham Court Road Tube. Wardour Street and Berwick Street Market only minutes away.

Was a real gem pleasantly surprised. Great location really good value for money. Breakfast was lovely literally expecting pastries and coffee but had cereals, porridge, fruit, yoghurt and hot food loads of different coffees and teas and fruit juices. Room was quirky no window but didn't actually notice after a while good size bathroom. Super comfy bed and pillows as always with Premier Inn.

Definitely not for us and no way could we have stayed more than one night. I will liken the hub to student accommodation. Yes it’s bang in the heart of Soho but without an app it’s difficult to find and I used to work in Old Compton street year’s ago. We booked one of the biggest rooms which is compact at best. We had a view of Brewer street market but you will need to shut the blind for privacy. Breakfast a disappointment no croissants, coffee not hot and cold water mixer tap didn’t work. The bed was comfy ( you have to make your bed up) shower good . Staff I have to say were friendly.There is no tea/coffee facilities in the room either. We left early the next day.

This hotel is in a great location, the saff are friendly and professional. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable with touch control lighting for an excellent nights rest. The breakfast was nice and hot (though they only had streaky bacon). Apart from the bacon, I enjoyed the food.

This is the perfect hotel for a citytrip! Bang on city centre. Nice and helpful staff, comfortable beds, very large towels and at extra cost a fine breakfast to get you going. Stayed for 5 nights. Just perfect and will be back for sure. Walking distance to Piccadilly, all theatres, tube
