The room was lovely, had everything that I wanted. Standing shower, kettle, desk, wifi was good, you can charge your devices by the bedside. The lobby was nice and welcoming too. Location was marvellous as well. so near to Piccadilly circus, Chinatown, Leciester Sq Trafalgar Sq. and to the tube stations. One of the best hotels, that I have ever stayed in. There are many Thistle hotels around, but this is the best,

The worst hotel I have stayed in. The rooms are dirty and dusty, there is no care taken of them and no luggage transportation services. I had to carry my own bags when entering and exiting. The refrigerator does not work. I filed a complaint from the first day I entered the hotel until the last day, they did not solve the problem. The price is very exaggerated compared to the service and care of the rooms. The air conditioning is bad, the curtains are worn out and dirty. The only thing that distinguishes is the size of the room. I will not repeat the experience again. Advice

It’s a tired hotel in the center of London with spacious rooms. The entrance is on the back side of the street and there is no view from the window. I would give 3 stars to the hotel and hope they can renovate the space.

Great location, bar & breakfast top notch. Room very small but didn’t spoil are weekend.
