Rooms (136) was a triple room - Very contacted. Not much room to swing a cat. Bathroom was too small - Had a shower which was like a 'very small tardis' - 100% NOT a power shower - Just drbbled out. Hardly any room to dry yourself. Sink was ridiculously placed straight opposite door - Everytime you bent down to clean your teeth the door shot open. Heating - Had radiator on wall but didn't work - Wall heater instead - Plus oil filled radiator. Pillows on bed were heavily stained + needed more. Breakfast = Cearl, Yogurts, Orange Juice, Tea, coffee. You are offered Toast but with only Scamble Egg, Fried Egg or Beans that's it. Overall 'VERY BUDGET B&B'. Location wise - 5/10 minute Walk to Hammersmith Underground.

Absolutely terrible. Bed was like concrete, only 1 pathetic pillow. The window does not reduce the sound of the main road outside you might as well have it open. The heating system was loudly gurgling all night, it made no difference if I turned the radiator off or not. There was no TV remote so I went to reception and asked if they had one. They gave me 2 different ones to try, neirher worked. I asked for an extra pillow and was told they didn’t have any. The only good thing about this hotel is the location as it’s near the office I work at. It’s near some nice restaurants too.

Check in was easy and straightforward. Friendly receptionist. Room: Very outdated but looks like they started updating the bathroom but not finished. Bathroom has no loo roll holder, the light above the mirror hasn't been replaced and has wires sticking out the wall. Lovely tiles and nice shower. No hand towel or bath mat as they don't leave these apparently. Bedroom again basic and outdated but beds ok. Could do with extra pillows and towels so you don't have to walk to the other building to get some. Breakfast, not many options but enough to fill your belly. There was porridge, cereal, yoghurt, fresh fruit, orange juice, coffee machine. Also asked if you want toast, eggs and beans. Can't grumble. Staff were brilliant. Be aware, there are multiple buildings so you won't necessarily be in the building you checked in. This can be a pain when going to breakfast or you need something from reception (especially if weather is grim).

We had booked for 10 nights requesting one of their better rooms. What we got was a postage stamp on the top floor of a three story walk-up and facing a busy road. The bed was beyond comfortable. The fridge, wall light and wall fan were not working on arrival. The bathroom mirror, shower base and door were damaged. On complaint I was told an alternative was not feasible. Checked after three days and finding a suitable venue.

First of all, you got what you paid for. The room was located in the basement and very noisy even in the late hours. Bathroom was dirty and the water pressure and flow was weak. Breakfast was free and the taste corresponded to that - no taste at all (eggs, beans and toasts). Next time, i will definitelly pay more for better accommodation.

The hotel had everything we needed and was well located close to Hammersmith and Shepherds Bush tube stations. The rooms were spacious in comparison to other London budget hotels. The breakfast was surprisingly good! The staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to store our luggage there the day we arrived. The only negative was the shower pressure that was quite low (our room was on the third floor) and no bath mat or hand towels were provided.

Dirty, old, dingy, unkempt, rough, disappointing, uncomfortable, noisy, small.....are just a few of the words I would use to describe my stay at the hotel and the hotel itself. OMG....I cannot believe I actually paid to stay here. If you have any doubts on whether you should book, I would advise you not too. We checked in and was sent down the street to another building. If would have been more comfortable sleeping on a pile of rocks, I kid you not. Breakfast, well it would have been more appetising to eat said rocks. Shower took 10 minutes to heat up. Facities are just, well i have no words to descrobe. Honestly, disgusting. We did not eat, or drink there, yuk!. This is more like a one star hotel than a 3! I have stayed in 5 star hotels and I have stayed in 3 star hotels and I tell you this is not a 3 star hotel. It was for 1 night as we needed to be in Hammersmith early and train strikes prevented travel so a 3 star was fine with us, however this should not be a 3 star. Please stay away and don't waste your money.

Had to phone to get someone to arrive to check us in. Was left at the door for ages. Was then told to walk down the street to another building. It was aged, in need of updating and decorating. It was noisy. Youths hanging around in the hallway. This was all before we even got in our room! The room was dingy, furniture had seen better days, I have thrown out furniture in a better state! The bed was umcomfortable, cups for tea were cracked. Didn't use them. My son was reluctant to have a shower. Really really awful. Had paid for breakfast. Walked back to original building the next morning for breakfast, shouldn't have bothered. I bowl of cheap tinned fruit cocktail and some cereal. Turned and walked back out and went down the road. Would I recommend this place? NO I would not. It was absolutely awful.

Excellent value for money, receptionist could not have been more helpful and made my stay so much better! Room was clean, tidy and comfortable. Breakfast was hot and enjoyable. I think someone with mobility issues may find the stairs a struggle. We would stay here again!

Great little budget hotel, clean, comfy beds, friendly helpful staff, great location, nice breakfast.only reason it wasn’t 5 stars was although breakfast was nice enough,I’d have liked a bit more variety maybe pancakes and syrup which are cheap enough to make so as not to affect price but all in all a smashing little place I would return to.oh and quad room below reception has smart tv with Netflix on 😉

First rate customer service. Clean comfortable rooms with tea/ coffee facilities (I didn’t expect these for the price we paid) Breakfast was basic but good, all staff very friendly and polite. I would definitely stay here again - a great budget hotel which was of a high term standard than I expected. Thank you for a comfortable stay

The positives: the staff were friendly & welcoming. The location is great for catching the tube in to Central London and it’s only a short journey. The area itself seems nice with plenty of shops, bars & restaurants. The negatives: Breakfast was pretty terrible. The ladies serving were friendly enough but the food itself was not good and the choice was poor. The breakfast room is located on the lower ground floor and is cramped and not very welcoming. Parking is a bit of a nightmare. We managed to park for free overnight on the first night but had to move the car early the next morning to the Westfield shopping centre and leave it there for 36 hours (paid about £25). This of course isn’t the hotel’s fault, but is a consideration when choosing where to stay. We had the family room on the top floor which was spacious enough and the beds were comfy but it didn’t really look like the photos online. We paid £150 for a family of 4 for 2 nights so I wasn’t expecting much and was prepared for it to be basic, and whilst it was friendly enough and the location was good, the breakfast really let it down. I think it would be possible to find somewhere better for the same value.
