I was travelling alone last December and I had to change hotels because I had a really bad time in the one I was staying. Anyway, I booked this only one day before checking in, and oh my god. Probably the most perfect hostel ever. The staff is so kind, the spaces are very clean, it's easy to navigate, and it got everything you could ask for. I've booked it again for my next solo trip to London next February, and I just couldn't be happier. The place is also in a perfect place for public transportation services!

Most outstanding all round for accommodation and comfort..Ideal location to all ameneties, bus proximity and train connections. Comfort and style for your money, cleanliness and an ambiance and atmosphere thats so euphoric, you wont find that vibe anywhere else. There a lovely, warm family atmosphere, every Thursday, where guests are welcome, music plays and everyone is full of love, happiness and cheer. You also get to meet different people from around the world and learn about different cultures. The Managers Cezar & Porter are just awesome! They go and above the beyond to resolve any query you have, and always make sure your comfort and well being, is their paramount priority. Bularia and Zak always have a warm, friendly demenour at the front desk. They are so nice, but simultaneously efficient and helpful.Its a level of standard, you dont even find at 5 star hotels.Simply the best.

Such a great friendly hostel & fabulous area to explore London from. The only thing we didn’t love was the 3 tiered bunks & the noisy dorm doors. The kitchen is amazingly well equipped. Free towels. Comfy beds. Good recharging facilities. Very helpful staff. Wish there were more toilets but hey, we all coped. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

A really good hostel it is closer to all. Public transport amazing Mac donald near by Angel Station only 5 minutes from the airport only 45 minutes north line restaurant's and party near too. Good security and the hospitality is the best one

Looked nice but terrible service when making my booking so I had to cancel. I have a physical issue which means I needed a bottom bunk. I have made this request at hostels all over the world with no issue. Prime backpackers was both very rude and unhelpful. They also misunderstand their legal requirements to make adjustments for people with different physical needs. I am sure it is fine if you don't need any kind of help or support, but don't expect any decent service, and don't expect them to understand their legal obligations. Really awful and upsetting experience - it was not just the fact they could not accommodate my request, it was that they were extremely rude, patronising and illegal in how they responded.

Great place, atmosphere, staff and facilities. Very relaxed. Central location to get around London. 10 Mins walk from Kings Cross Station. Easy access to food shops etc. Would recommend and will stay there again myself.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Big kitchen well organised. It is closed to Angel Station and near many buses. I got to meet great people. The owner needs to provide more towels as there’s always a lack of. Anyhow I recommend this hostel and will certainly come back if visiting London again. Thank you to the staff for making my stay pleasant!

very well equipped double kitchen to prepare meals or breakfast large common area and large wooden table living room with tv, board game, dart board renovation efforts to contiue, murals in the hallway after eight hostels, the best shower the room opening badge is easy, simple and free bigger lockers and and electrical outlets in the rooms too lockers are free very good price and location but adding hand dryers in the toilets would be nice lots of locker but need to add more on the ground floor i have use the last one If I had known, I would have booked into this hostel for my entire stay

The best environment by all hostels that I've been. All staff are very kind and willing to help and serve the guests. An amazing location in the core of everything that a visitor needs in London. With an astonish common area where we can feel like in home or still better... I strongly recommend!!
