Greenleaf Hotel Long Beach Convention Center

The Hotel added a $25 service fee for each day booked. They did this upon check-in. This was not mentioned in the booking information for this hotel. The booking fees are not refundable, and they reminded me of this fact. So you have the choice of losing the total paid for the booking, or pay the service fee for each day. So the pricing driving you to make the choice to book this hotel is now higher by $25 per night. Trip.com paid the service fee due to the bate and switch that the hotel pulled on me. The room was very small, but it was clean. The hotel is under construction, so the floor is plywood in the hallway. There is no parking available. What ever you can find on a very busy Lime street. I cannot recommend this hotel for the reasons given above.

+$25 Hidden Fee********Hidden Fees********$25+ The midnight check-in guy was friendly and helpful, and disclosed their $25 "Service Fee" which states $20 on their sign pictured here and then itemized $22+tax on my receipt; the front desk manager was arrogantly defensive and unhelpful telling me to call ******* when questioned upon check-out and failed to find their fine print on my Trip.com receipts that clearly state all taxes and fees are included in the stated total, bad business practices.

Great little Hotel! The Greenleaf Hotel was a last minute booking for us and it did not disappoint! The price was incredibly reasonable especially compared to other hotels in the area. The location is quiet and we felt comfortable walking around. The parking is about a block away and it was easy to get to and from the hotel. It’s an older hotel that has been recently renovated and they have done a beautiful job. The room was comfortable, quiet, and very clean. The best part of our stay was the staff at the Greenleaf Hotel. Superior hospitality, and very kind. We would definitely want to stay here again.

Oh, what a disaster. first of all trying to find this place from the Long Beach airport was a challenge and itself when we arrived there were people standing outside. The people on the desk barely spoke good English. They had notified us that we would have no air-conditioning, but they did not tell us we weren’t gonna have any heat. during the nigh We were absolutely freezing, they had a miniture space heater on the table that didn’t do anything we couldn’t take a shower because it was so cold in the room that it was uncomfortable. There was no telephone in the room so we had to get out of bed get dressed go down to the front desk to complain about the TV , they said they had a shuttle to restaurants when we tried to book it they told us it was gonna be at least two more hours which meant that we weren’t gonna eat until 9 o’clock. They charged 150/$200 deposit for the room so when we went to check out, I insisted that they go to the room and check it out because we left it spotless when I spoke to the manager about how uncomfortable we were and how disappointed we were she contacted me and said that she would give us a 50% discount on our room which she has not done, once again, the hotel did not fulfill their commitment, I would rather sleep in a tent, then go back to this hotel. On a positive note, the room was exceptionally clean.

Having WiFi at this hotel was a total game-changer for our stay. It made everything so much easier and more convenient. We could plan our days without any hassle, stay connected with our loved ones, and relax by watching our favorite shows and movies. The seamless connectivity was a huge relief and really enhanced our overall experience.
