I was put on the ground floor, a female traveling alone. You do not have curtains or window coverings for the entire window - only sheers. My room faced the parking lot behind me and I could see people walking by from neighboring businesses. Also, your coffee was so hot that it spilled on me and I had a second degree burn on my arm. I did not report it and I'm not going to - but make sure your coffee isn't as hot as it is and that the lids you have for your coffee cups fit securely on the top of the cup.

The room was filthy. Huge dirty spots on upholstered chair, carpet stained and filthy. We only used shoes on carpet. Bed was clean but we found a grape on corner of bed....it was unrefundable and we arrived late so we stayed but disgusting room. Huge dust along ceiling that was hanging. never again.

Room was very spacious and clean, and very quiet. Breakfast was great with lots of choices. Good coffee in room.
Only issue was no computer to print boarding passes. Had to download an app, save boarding pass to phone and print, could only print screen with QR code. Summary, not convenient...wish they had a computer like all other hotels to print boarding passes.

The staff here was incredibly friendly and welcoming and the room was clean, large, quiet and had everything I needed. Plenty of options nearby for food, shopping, etc.

We were visiting friends in Ohio and booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. The suites were spacious and the location was near our friend's house. The clerk who checked us in was friendly and humorous! We enjoyed talking to him. The breakfast each morning provided a good variety of hot food and beverages. This hotel is pet friendly and there were people staying there with dogs. We heard barking one time and thought that might be a problem, but it wasn't. The fan light in one room was out, but it was fixed the next day. Overall it was a nice hotel and our stay was pleasant.

Everything was extremely clean. We only stayed overnight but we were very impressed with it all. The staff was very friendly. The guy at the front desk had me cracking up! He's got a wonderful sense of humor!
