It is located close to the airport, the shuttle buses run pretty often. It was not bad for a short stay.

Nice elegant hotel that is within walking distance from LAX terminals. Eateries & grocery store within walking distance.

Very easy stay. Staff was cooperative. If the rooms had microwaves it would have been easy for us.

The location is good, close to the airport with free shuttle. The hotel is modest and clean. The only problem is the wifi. There’s no wifi in the rooms only at the lobby. It’s so inconvenient and impractical for foreigners who don’t have a US phone service.

Excellent location and free hotel shuttle with Lax frequently

Room was ok, but air conditioning was really loud, and food was very expensive

The room was clean and the lobby was beautiful. Illy coffee at the cafe in the lobby was also delicious. However, it was uncomfortable because there was some noise from the air conditioning system in the room. There were a lot of parking spaces, but it was so narrow that it was difficult to park. I'm curious as to why my security deposit has still not been refunded even though it's been 2 weeks since I checked out.
