Service was excellent and definitely felt safe throughout. Hotel location extremely convenient as situated along the walk of fame. Cocktails were great. Will stay at Roosevelt Hollywood again if we ever visit LA in future!

The service wasn’t really up to the standards of such a wonderful, high end hotel. We even upgraded our room day of. They ruined our custom cake in transport from the valet to our room, despite the fact we gave them very detailed instructions. They reassured us that they’d be right up. I had to call twice to get them to bring us our luggage (and the cake) and by then a hour had gone by, and the custom decorations had melted off the cake ruining it. There was a lot of confusion on how they would make it up to us as I had to talk to three different people on the day and the day after who all told me different things. In the end, since they didn’t send us a dessert to make up for the cake they ruined and the champagne they promised was instead $150 off at the bar — thank god I called to ask where the wine was otherwise I wouldn’t have known I had the credit and would not have used it. Eventually they comped us the valet, upgrade and what they say was an extra drink we got at the bar that went over the $150 (impossible, we all made sure the math lined up) but the communication was a struggle and I did not felt appreciated as a customer.

All the staff was nice and friendly. The place was very clean and beautiful. Great burger place down by the entrance.

Wonderful pool. Lots of fun. Would recommend for group parties and celebrations.

Nice location

The service is average, but that's basically how it is in America. The photos on Ctrip are different from the actual room type. There is an additional destination fee of US$35 per day to cover Wi-Fi and other expenses. If you have spare money, you can live here. The location is good, the building has history, and the swimming pool is okay. Otherwise, you can find a hotel with better value for money.

The location of the hotel is great. Just downstairs is the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Across the street is Madame Tussauds and the Chinese Theatre. The guy who did the valet parking and carried the luggage was very enthusiastic, and the front desk also introduced the hotel facilities in detail. The outdoor swimming pool is very lively. The weather in LA in early October is very comfortable. Many people are sunbathing. I recommend the ice cream at the pool bar, which is huge. The suite room is large and retro. The sofa in the living room makes you forget to get up when you sit down. The bed in the bedroom is also very comfortable. The only drawback is that the suite room faces the street and it is a bit noisy from passing cars, but you can enjoy the bustling Avenue of Stars through the window.

Stayed here for 3 nights. The location is great. The main street in front of it is safe to walk even at night. There is a supermarket called Target nearby that is open until 22:00. The Uber will arrive right in front of the G floor where the reception is located. The lobby goes up one level by stairs (or elevator). I emailed them in advance to ask if they could store my luggage for the Grand Circle Tour. They kept it for me for $5 a day. Coffee service is available in front of the reception from early in the morning.

Great location! In front of the Chinese Theater, there are almost no places to eat. The cafe is next to the hotel Although the room is smaller than it looks in the photo, the classic hotel overall has a nice atmosphere. I would like to stay again.

Bedrooms. And infrastructure at the top. Nice staff. Only disappointment, pair of Gucci sneakers having disappeared within the hotel. Otherwise the rest 10/10

Purely American hotel, the environment is good, below is the Avenue of Stars, the entire Avenue of Stars is very messy, not suitable for living, the food and drink are very poor, don't eat, the service is not bad

Great location in front of Hollywood attractions. It is a hotel where you can feel very rich in the atmosphere. You can also leave your luggage after check-out.
