Stayed for one week room 424 good size room with small balcony separate bedroom small cooking area with 2 ring hob and sink and fridge,bath room ok nothing special shower over bath,safe deposit box down next to reception €30 for the week €20 deposit for key.swimming pool not as big as you think and a little out dated needs attention missing tiles in pool not a very big sun bathing area all the beds are put out at 10am and yes the towel brigade are out in force The beds are hard plastic and very uncomfortable,(bad point) you can hire a Sunbed mattress for €3 a day and a umbrella for €5 day ‍♂️ every hotel we have stayed in all over the world they have been standard and come as part of your stay it’s very wrong. The snack bar is small grubby and very expensive now the very bad point no air conditioning just 2 ceiling fans that are rubbish just blow hot air on you,this is Tenerife it’s 32% and no air conditioning it’s unbelievable. The staff are lovely on reception.its not really 3 star it’s 2 good position for walking and 10 minutes to front I will not come back it’s not my cup of tea you got the smell of **** every night not good. Tenerife has had its day Gran Canaria for me.

Average and okay. The room was clean enough, although a bit tired and dated. The comfort of the beds wasn't ideal, but the hotel overall was okay and great if within a budget. P.s. dont forget the rooftop area for sunbathing if you prefer it a little quieter. There is a shower to keep cool also.
