The room was horrible the was nice the staff was grate the next time will check the room

Saff was very nice! Everything seemed clean, but looked dirty due to the age and lack of property care. The price of the room reflects these issues and is on par with a cheap hotel. I’d stay again.

Front desk staff was great. I had requested a non smoking room, but totally understand that I received a smoking room due to it being Wildcat weekend. However, the state of the room was deplorable. We of course new it would smell like an ashtray, however, there was a red stain on the only chair in the room along with a stain on the floor under the sink. Some pink cap was lodged in the sink drain. The floor was covered in dirt and cigarette ash. There were 2 holes in the bathroom door and the tub was so questionable I refused to take a shower. Again, understand that the hotel was full, but you would expect that the room would be clean. From one housekeeping manager to another, I would be embarrassed to know my team left a room like that.

The first bedroom we were put in was never cleaned. The floors were not mopped they were covered in dirt. The bed sheets were stained. The microwave was also dirty. The second room we were put in was considered “non smoking” but it still smelled of cigarettes.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were very limited though. Room was clean except for carpet needed shampoo cleaned.

Cleanliness is an issue Arriving at the property the door to the outside had been propped open and bugs had been entering the room for who knows how long. Dirt/dust on most surfaces especially in bathroom.
