A generally unpleasant stay. Room was smaller than expected and the electrical wiring of the light switches was confusing and ineffective. Breakfast was crowded with waiting queues with mediocre choices. In room dining was poor, with the tomato pasta somehow being spicier than the spiciest curries of India!

It was wonderfull trip with the hotel clarks avadh.... We have visit here with our famill.... We have enjoy a lot..... Laxmi from front office is very helping..thank you for helping in our stay..... It was wonderfull stay..... Fully recommend

I went kava restaurant with family ***y times and food wise it’s always been a great experience be it dinner or lunch buffet! The staff (Shikha and Sanyam) both of them are very caring when it comes to service. Overall Had wonderful experience

Beautiful hotel, nice food, modern rooms and amazing hospitality. The team working at the Fairfield makes all the difference with their smiles and friendly service from the moment you arrive. I could not have gotten a better experience and will for sure be back.

Very nice hotel and staff ! Breakfast was exceptional! They should have a pool though ! Room service is excellent and food is very good .The location is very nice and approachable. Easy to get public transport. Rooms are spacious and view from rooms is very nice

Another stay at this property - probably the 3rd - great experience once again- cordial staff - happy to help- had a challenge cancelling a reservation on the bonvoy App- the property handled the cancellation without a reminder. Extremely well located property - neat and clean and a good breakfast spread - makes us want to come back again

What a wonderful team of people . I don't know the names of most people but I recall Sarita was awesome who really took care like home. My family is delighted in marriott Lucknow . Will surely be no where else if in Lucknow. Food was good, desent options in breakfast and dinner.

Food was very good, service was excellent. Chaats made by Sarita were very tasty. One suggestion please include Naans beside the food. Ambience was also good very relaxing. Salads and snacks had good variety. Fish was very tasty. Highly recommended.

Services was very good. Food was also very good, received very good service by Riya, Shubham and Sayam. It is highly recommended hotel from my side in Lucknow. I stayed here third times in this month and experience very good service from staff.

Nice staff well behaviour, OCD well maintained I like their businesses meeting halls everything all good. I did not feel like leaving from here, if anyone gets a chance to stay here then according to me he should definitely stay here once. The number of facilities I can tell you about here will fall short.
