環境乾淨衞生，前台及客房服務態度都很好，需要額外加洗漱用具，告訴前台服務員很熱情很積極聯繫客房服務，瞭解可能被子不夠用，還及時給協調加了一個，服務太貼心！是所有洛南住過的酒店裡頭服務最好，環境最乾淨！服務人員包括門口崗亭保安都是面帶微笑説話！讓人心裏很暖，👍👍👍值得給點讚的！會推薦親朋好友選擇嘉宏酒店

酒店新開的環境不錯，服務也很好，大年初一還送了兩份水餃温暖貼心，連住了三天感覺很好，下次回老家來還會選擇這裏

客房不是傳統紅木顏色，白色奶油色顯得很乾凈温馨，就是迷你吧品種單調了一點。送的雙份早餐品種豐富。
