It is quiet in the bustling city. Because the train came, the hotel allowed check-in at 8 o'clock in the morning, which is very appreciated. The hotel service is very thoughtful, and the sour plum soup in the lobby downstairs is very delicious. However, the hotel facilities are indeed a bit old, but at this price, you can't ask for too much.

I stayed in Luoyang for two days this time. The best hotel I stayed in was Luoyang International Hotel. It has a new decoration, high-end and good location. The hotel is just above Exit A of Citizens' Home Subway Station on Line 2. It is very convenient to go to the city or the high-speed rail station. Fantastic location in the centre of Luoyang - only 10 mins drove from the station and 20 minutes drive from Longmen Grottoes. Close to great restaurants. We booked a city view room and I think we were given a free upgrade to a huge suite with fantastic views. Very clean, well appointed room with a very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. All this for a great price. I would stay here again!!

I really enjoyed the large, non-smoking room I was given, and they even moved me to a quieter location overlooking the garden. When I checked in, they also gave me a protective sleeve for my card, which was very kind of them. Throughout my stay, I felt like I was given items I didn't know I needed or didn't expect, ex. slippers for the shower, a portable stand for my phone. So at one level, the service was amazing. However, at the same time, there were elements that felt a little off--when I asked for another bed cover, I was basically told by one of the staff that I didn't need it (?), and although on the whole the staff was very nice and polite, there were times when I felt slightly made light of. I wondered if it was in part because of my travelling solo as a woman. I'm thinking about what it means to present myself, if there's something more that needs to be done. Of course, respect is earned, but I'm just reflecting here. Otherwise, I enjoyed the buffet breakfasts and the location was rather convenient as well, just was a bit noisy before I was moved.

Not bad, facilities, sanitation, environment, all right. I don't know what a business gift box is, but the location and environment are similar. It's ok. It's a good recommendation.

This is a resort hotel. It's my first time here and the overall experience is good. The service attitude is particularly good. When I asked for travel tips, the lady at the front desk introduced it to us enthusiastically. It is also very close to the Longmen Grottoes. The children can't stay in the hotel, and it is also relatively close to the scenic spot here. We chose the outdoor courtyard private hot spring, which is super good, and the bedding is also very comfortable. It is far away from the downtown area, and the view is simply a natural oxygen bar.

The style is the luxurious style of government own 4 stars hotel of the time, but it has been very well maintained and upgraded where needed. Everybody who works there is extremely kind, front desk, back office, room cleaners, always smiling and making you feel welcome and doing their best to make your stay comfortable. Heater, in winter , is warm and comfortable. Overall 2 good nights and I'll be here again. Of course it's not Island Shangrila HK.

Pros: 1) very friendly and accommodating front desk, they gave us extra water bottles, gave recommendations for restaurants, and responded quickly to my questions on wechat 2) great location 3) clean rooms 4) pretty good selection for breakfast 5) stored our luggage for free 6) they gave us some snacks as gifts when we checked out Cons: 1) our rooms weren't ready for check in when we arrived even though their check-in time is advertised as noon (but it's because their checkout time is at 2pm, so if the previous guest hasn't checked out before noon, it is impossible to get your room at noon); but they can store your luggage for you at the front desk so it is a minor problem if you don't need a room right away 2) there was construction work at the front entrance of the hotel, so we had to walk through a bunch of debris and loud noises; this shouldn't be a problem once the construction work is done, but it was still a surprise for me Overall, the place is great for the price, location, and service.
