Popular Luoyang 4-star Hotels

The hotel is in an excellent location. The transfer station of Metro Line 1 and Line 2 is the entrance of the hotel. It is a distance away from the most lively Yingtianmen and Lijingmen. It is quiet in the bustling city. Because the train came, the hotel allowed check-in at 8 o'clock in the morning, which is very appreciated. The hotel service is very thoughtful, and the sour plum soup in the lobby downstairs is very delicious. However, the hotel facilities are indeed a bit old, but at this price, you can't ask for too much.

To be honest, the facilities are not the newest, but better than ordinary hotels. The service is one of the best I have ever encountered in a hotel. From the front desk to the restaurant to the room service, there is no better one in the same price range. Convenient parking, the first choice for self-driving people! The breakfast is also great value, with all the Henan specialties and Luoyang local beef soup.

The room decoration is simple, the overall feeling is very comfortable, the cleaning is relatively clean, and there is free parking. It is very close to Longmen Grottoes, Luoyang Museum, Dingding Gate, Yingtian Gate, and Luoyi Ancient City can also be reached by subway. There are buses at the door and shared electric cars are very convenient to go everywhere. The lady at the front desk is very patient in her service. Friends who come to Luoyang can check in and experience it!

Fantastic location in the centre of Luoyang - only 10 mins drove from the station and 20 minutes drive from Longmen Grottoes. Close to great restaurants. We booked a city view room and I think we were given a free upgrade to a huge suite with fantastic views. Very clean, well appointed room with a very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. All this for a great price. I would stay here again!!

This is a resort hotel. It's my first time here and the overall experience is good. The service attitude is particularly good. When I asked for travel tips, the lady at the front desk introduced it to us enthusiastically. It is also very close to the Longmen Grottoes. The children can't stay in the hotel, and it is also relatively close to the scenic spot here. We chose the outdoor courtyard private hot spring, which is super good, and the bedding is also very comfortable. It is far away from the downtown area, and the view is simply a natural oxygen bar.

Reminds me of when I was travelling around China 20 years ago, in a good way. The style is the luxurious style of government own 4 stars hotel of the time, but it has been very well maintained and upgraded where needed. Everybody who works there is extremely kind, front desk, back office, room cleaners, always smiling and making you feel welcome and doing their best to make your stay comfortable. Heater, in winter , is warm and comfortable. Overall 2 good nights and I'll be here again. Of course it's not Island Shangrila HK.

This is a very nice hotel which is great value for money. The location is great, just around the corner from a large mall (Wangfujing) and lots of restaurants nearby. I especially recommend the little place with 'Chinese Hamburger' on the sign on the road behind the hotel building - they have an English menu and do great roujiamo - they even have a vegetarian 'sujiamo'! We got an upgrade on check in and the room was spacious and comfortable. The cleaners and reception staff were generally polite and helpful. The breakfast was Chinese but was fresh, different every day, and any food that ran out at busy times was always quickly replenished. The free laundry was very convenient and the machines were easy to use. We did have two issues which made staying there a bit inconvenient though. The first was that when the underground car park was full cars could no longer get past the barrier, meaning they couldn't drive up to reception. This was a problem since the road outside was flooded and meant that we had to load and unload suitcases while standing in deep puddles in the pouring rain. The second issue was the keycards: every day we would come back to our room and the keycard wouldn't work. We complained at reception every single day about this issue but it was never resolved.

Old-fashioned hotel, very close to Wangcheng Park, convenient for viewing peonies. Service is good, breakfast is OK, transportation is convenient, parking is convenient, elevator is fast and quiet. But the hotel's soft furnishings are too old, and the look is not good. I hope to change the carpets and other fabrics. The colors look earthy and old. Peony is so beautiful, the king of flowers, and the imitation peony decoration is too old.

The decoration of the hotel is very stylish. It smells good when you enter, has delicious mint water, soft sofas, and free parking! The room was upgraded for us. It has a large bed and a sofa. The room is very spacious and the bathroom is also very large! There is free water, which is especially suitable for my bucket. I have to drink tons of it! There is a small refrigerator in the room, you can freeze the water before drinking it! In particular, I would like to praise the breakfast, which is super good, refreshing and delicious, and the taste is very good👍Super good! The front desk service is also very good, and I gave a souvenir when I left!

I have chosen this hotel by recomendation of my friend. It has very good position, not far from the train station and fast to arrive to the Longmen Grottoes. I had a room with panorama windows, spacious and big. With help of translating app we managed to talk to reception. Robot is bringing things to the door. We have received very positive service from the front desk ladies. Special thanks to them for hospitality. Thanks to the manager mrs. Zhu Yan. Only one recomendation is to make at least some floors no smoking for guests who are allergic and cannot support the smell. I would suggest also to add a bell boy or a man to help with luggage, ladies helped us but it is heavy to make them do it. They work hard already. I received very nice gifts: cookies, fans and candies from the front desk. Thank you! I will come back.
