Friendly stuff very patient. Customer service is excellent. Especially two ladies at the front counter.  Voice control in the room was something new for me.

Both the room and bathroom have windows, so the lighting is great! Xiaodu's is smart, interesting and convenient. The housekeeping is quite clean. The front desk service is very friendly. There is a warm travel counter downstairs where you can consult about local one-day tour packages and airport drop-off services. It is a convenient additional option for independent travelers. I have been traveling in Henan for a while, and I have always chosen this brand chain hotel every time I change a region. It is very cost-effective!

The newly opened hotel has an independent parking lot. It's just that Gaode Navigation easily navigates to the parking lot exit. Friends who drive by themselves should pay attention. It would be nice if the security guard could remind them. The hotel facilities are very new. There are laundry rooms and gyms. The design and decoration are quite tasteful. The room is relatively large. The bedding and towels are relatively clean and there is no odor. Qianna's selection of products is not bad. Although we received a gift right after check-in, the front desk staff was quite poor compared to the hotel and similar hotels. They were not enthusiastic enough and did not like to greet guests. They lacked a sense of proactive service. Surprisingly, the beautiful room cleaners on the 6th floor were very enthusiastic and proactive. They cleaned the rooms in great detail. I suggest you move them to the front desk. The hotel breakfast is relatively simple. It may be due to the hotel price. It is not a problem to eat enough. Improve it or it is still a hotel worth staying in

I chose this hotel for my trip to Luoyang. Its location is superb; it's right outside the subway station, and shared bikes are readily available at the doorstep, which was incredibly convenient. The room was excellent – clean and hygienic, featuring a smart mini-fridge and a bathroom with a separate wet and dry area. The front desk staff were also incredibly helpful, proactively assisting with my luggage and bringing it to my room. Drinks were available at the front desk, and the breakfast spread was quite extensive. I was very satisfied with everything and will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Luoyang.
