The room's soundproofing was poor; I could hear people talking and opening/closing doors in the next room in the hallway, and even coughs were clearly audible. The hotel is located by the road, and I could hear large trucks driving by in the early morning. The hotel air conditioner had a very unpleasant smell when the heater was on, as if the air conditioning ducts were burnt. There was a sign in the hotel elevator advertising a ”treasure trove” service, but when I called to ask, nothing was available. Before check-in, they gave me two bottles of yogurt as a gift. When I extended my stay, the housekeeping didn't even bother to make the bed; they just changed the towels and took out the trash. They didn't even replace the disposable slippers. (I regret not taking pictures.) The service was quite poor.

The transportation is convenient. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the subway station, which has Line 2 and Line 5. The hotel breakfast is also good, and there are many delicious restaurants nearby. Anyway, my friends stay here every month when they come to Zhengzhou.

Convenient parking, fast check-in, the room is more comfortable at the same price, the price is not expensive, the environment is not bad.

The location of the hotel is very good, shopping and eating are very convenient. Surrounded by Dennis David City and Henan Golden Building, you can also go to the Erqi Tower to listen to songs at night. The front desk lady is warm and welcoming. The room is clean and the facilities are well-equipped. You can also help wash and dry clothes. A good stay experience, come back next time.

This is my first time staying in Qianna. I have been in Henan for almost a week and I have seen many Qiannas here.
Advantages: High cost-effectiveness, good location, just across the street from the subway entrance, and not far from tourist attractions. The room is spacious and decorated in a neo-Chinese style, which was well received by my mother. There are also some nice details, such as the ability to light incense and tea bags. The young lady on duty at the front desk that day was also very nice. She served with a smile and responded to every request. I was very impressed by her.
Disadvantages: A bit old, with some dirty walls and cracks on the floor. The laundry room is a bit haphazard, so I don't dare to wash clothes here. The toilet next to the restaurant on the underground first floor was very dirty in the morning. There was water all over the floor when I didn't flush the toilet and no one cleaned it. There was no toilet paper in the toilet on the first floor in the morning and there was still no paper when I went there in the evening. The kettle on the first floor was not plugged in, so the tea and water were cold. I hope you can pay more attention to the small details.

The gym is fully equipped, so after your workout you can head straight to the dining area for a healthy meal. The window seats offer amazing views, and the warm lighting and greenery create a wonderful atmosphere. The meals are not only low-fat and high in protein, but the ingredients are also incredibly fresh, and the presentation is exquisite. The rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is so comfortable you won't want to get out of bed, and the staff are incredibly attentive. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

2. This hotel choice for my business trip was absolutely perfect! The biggest surprise was the hotel's gym dining area. The environment is tranquil and elegant, with a wood-themed decor and soft lighting – dining here after a workout is a true pleasure. The meals are professionally formulated light and delicious, perfect for fitness enthusiasts. The rooms are also very well soundproofed, the facilities are new, and there's a fresh buffet breakfast with a wide variety of options. It's incredibly good value for money and highly recommended for those who value a great experience!

3. I have to give this hotel a huge thumbs up! From check-in to check-out, the entire experience was pleasant, with meticulous and attentive service that always met my needs. I especially want to praise the fitness-focused meals; the ambiance was absolutely stunning, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering breathtaking city views and the interior surrounded by greenery. It felt more like a refined light-dining restaurant than a hotel restaurant. The food was healthy, delicious, and generously portioned – a truly therapeutic meal after a workout. The toiletries in the room were also excellent. Overall, a perfect experience, I'll definitely stay here again!

The warm and thoughtful service of the waiters is amazing, they are positive and enthusiastic; the room attendants respond to questions very quickly and arrive as soon as you call. The hotel environment is clean and the sanitary condition is impeccable. The guest room supplies are complete, the towels and quilts are as clean as new, and it is extremely comfortable to lie on them. Staying here can relax your body and mind to a great extent. It’s really nice!

The location of the hotel is excellent, the subway station/city center business district is convenient to go anywhere. The surrounding area is very quiet and the rest is very good at night.
From the front desk to room service, every staff member is warm and thoughtful, take the initiative to say hello and respond to requests. Check-in and check-out procedures are fast.
The room was more spacious, clean and tidy than expected, without any smell. The mattress and pillows were moderately firm and hard, and I slept until dawn. The shower water pressure is sufficient and the hot water comes quickly.

The breakfast has a variety of stir-fries, which, if you're used to eating stir-fries in the morning, will satisfy your daily needs. The soy milk is my favorite, very thick. Oh, and the subway is great. I love commuting.

Who knows! I dug into a 100 yuan per capita ancient style fairy hotel, and I didn't want to leave after I stayed!
The most poking is hygiene, the sheets are covered with the smell of sunshine, the bathroom is super clean from dry and wet, and there is no water stain on the sink. The front desk was very nice and helped to upgrade the room. In the morning, you can see the mountain mist in the distance when you open the curtains. It is very beautiful to shoot.
