LuShan THE HOTEL V

Lushan was absolutely stunning, so much so that I couldn't bear to leave. This prompted me to extend my trip by another day, and I subsequently extended my hotel stay. I was genuinely touched by the hotel's service, especially given how much I loved the Hanpokou scenic area. I was running late for my 2 PM check-out, but the front desk kindly extended it for me until 3:30 PM, allowing me to return and complete the process. Before I left, they even gave me a thoughtful souvenir. A heartfelt thank you to the front desk staff, Xiao Fei and Xiao Ju – I'm truly grateful. Indeed, only hotels that genuinely put their heart into serving guests are truly the best. I will absolutely choose to stay here again on my next visit. Thank you once more!

The location is excellent, right opposite the former site of the Lushan Conference. Dining at the Lushan Building Officers' Restaurant is both convenient and delicious. The hotel itself is also fantastic, with great soundproofing and excellent service. Highly recommended.

I have to say, the service was excellent – they were incredibly responsive to all requests and even offered a shuttle service. As I'm quite sensitive to noise, I ended up changing rooms twice during check-in. Unfortunately, even after that, the soundproofing in the room wasn't great, and I was woken up by housekeeping cleaning around 6 AM.

This was my first time visiting Lushan. After checking Ctrip and comparing various options, I decided on this hotel. Over my three-day stay, the hotel proved to be exactly as described, even exceeding expectations with its welcoming atmosphere and more attentive service. The shuttle service to/from the cable car station was a huge relief for me and my child. The driver was always there waiting for us ahead of time, never the other way around, and even helped with our heavy luggage while offering helpful tips on local routes. The front desk staff were equally thoughtful, explaining everything in detail. They even went out of their way to pre-arrange our shuttle during their busy hours and personally saw us off at the entrance when we left, inviting us and our friends to visit again – it felt like a heartfelt promise for a future return! The hotel is ideally located very close to the former site of the Lushan Conference, which also serves as a transfer hub for sightseeing buses. This meant getting around anywhere on the mountain was incredibly convenient without having to descend. Plus, it was wonderfully quiet at night, ensuring excellent rest every evening! All in all, our Lushan trip created beautiful memories for my child and me. We've only just left, and we're already eager to return!

The room was very comfortable, and we even received a welcome fruit platter. Both the breakfast and afternoon tea were excellent. The restaurant offers an outdoor dining area, and it was truly delightful to enjoy the morning breeze there. The service was absolutely superb. As soon as we got off the cable car, a car was waiting to pick us up, and they also drove us back to the cable car station for our return trip. This made our entire journey incredibly relaxing.

From the moment I arrived at this boutique hotel in Lushan, I was enveloped in a wonderful sense of warmth. The seasonal fresh fruit offered by the welcoming staff instantly melted away the exhaustion from the mountain drive. The pre-booked transfer service was incredibly thoughtful and well-executed; our driver knew the mountain roads intimately, chatting about the local scenery and feeling more like a personal guide than just a ride. Upon check-out, I received a delightful souvenir: a thermal mug subtly engraved with Lushan cloud patterns and a Lushan tea cake. The mug felt pleasantly warm in my hand. The room itself was an even greater delight. The bedding was perfectly balanced in softness and firmness, feeling like sleeping on a cloud. Listening to the gentle mountain breeze at night, I slept incredibly deeply. Waking up, I used the thermal mug to brew some of the hotel's Yunwu tea. With each sip, the fragrant tea, coupled with its warmth, made even the morning light filtering through the window feel softer. This meticulous attention to detail truly weaves comfort into every aspect of the experience.
