The Narada Tropical Resort Hainan (Hainan Junlan Redaiyulin Wenquan Jiudian) is a resort hotel featuring a tropical rain forest environment. The hotel enjoys a location surrounded by some of the most pristine tropical wilderness areas in China, near a beautiful waterfall and tropical plants, as well as a hot spring with an average temperature of 93℃. A 50 minutes drive sees to the Nanwan Monkey Island. Guests can take a walk along the path while breathing in fresh air or spend hours in the hot spring pools, spa. They can also take a dip at the outdoor swimming pool or go out cycling.
"The lobby service was attentive; the staff proactively helped with luggage and directed me to the front desk, and the shuttle bus driver was also very friendly. However, there was a lack of knowledge regarding hotel products. When I asked questions, I was told to call customer service from my room. Customer service couldn't answer immediately and said they would get back to me later. There were several issues in the room: many mosquitoes, and the floor drain in the balcony hot tub was broken. For a hot spring resort hotel, it was surprising that mosquito nets and bathtub liners were not provided. I had to call a total of four times to communicate these issues, which made for a poor experience."

"I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The environment is quiet, elegant and well-maintained, with clean and comfortable rooms and a pleasant overall atmosphere that made me feel relaxed the whole time. What impressed me most was the exceptional service from the staff, especially butler Xiao Xiu and Jiru. Xiao Xiu was warm, thoughtful and always ready to help with a friendly smile. Jiru paid great attention to every detail, taking care of all my needs patiently and professionally. Their considerate and meticulous service made my trip truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back again."

"The front desk upgraded my room, and I could enjoy the hot spring on the balcony while admiring Qixianling Mountain in the distance. The room was very spacious, and the balcony was also large. The surroundings were quiet, making it perfect for a relaxing vacation. The breakfast was quite rich, and on a not-too-hot day, you could eat breakfast on the outdoor terrace, breathing in the fresh air and looking at Qixianling Mountain. The outdoor hot spring was also great and very comfortable. It was really refreshing to soak in it after hiking. This is the most comfortable hotel I've stayed at in the Baoting area so far."
