Boscolo Lyon Hotel & Spa Reviews

We arrived at Christmas Eve and stayed for 2 nights. The Christmas Eve dinner was good, same as the other night. Close to every thing. Great hotel.

Amazing experience and great services. Rooms are luxury and spacious with reasonable pricing. Great location to shopping areas. Free access to hotel swimming pool!

Absolutely gorgeous property in the heart of Lyon! Breakfast was delicious, and everything is withing walking distance.

Very well located and very comfortable hotel. Receptionist Ninno was very helpful with car rental and a day trip to Annecy and Ninno is a very cheerfull person. Everything was perfect.

Very nice hotel with nice river view! We had a fantastic stay!

We are very unhappy for the taxi service from the hotel, we missed our train and we make very bad impression from our customers And because there many trains canceled Hotel just told 5/6mins and wait wait, we wait 40 mins and no taxi, if not we have enough time to even walk to the train station That’s really bad!!! Even later one staff send us to the station by his private car personal we still miss the train But we appreciate for that staff kind support anyway

The room was big with an amazing view. However, it did not include a dressing table, shelves, or drawers, just one small closet

The hotel is in a great location, facing the river, with a nice view and is big enough. The handle of the wardrobe in the room is the head of the "Little Prince", and there are also pictures of the Little Prince and the author on the wall, which is nice~

In the city center, the lobby is beautiful and the location is good. But the furnishings are a bit cheap
