We booked 3 rooms of this category and they had to move us around due to the renovation noise. Not a problem though! I was on the 16th floor and the view was beautiful. The rooms are spacious and clean - having a cup of tea with the view was wonderful. The lifts are fast. The staff are very friendly and nice. They even ran down to the road to call us a taxi when there were none in the hotel. There’s a POPMART at the entrance of the hotel 😂 The housekeeping staff always made the bed beautifully and restocked my towels everyday. The pool area is beautiful and the hotel is well serviced by buses/taxis/walking. A pleasant stay - I wish it was longer.

We booked the hotel because of the swimming pool. The music played within the pool area creates a truly relaxing atmosphere. The life guard-海哥is attentive and consistently greets guests with a warm smile. Also I would like to Thank YOU the server from the bar this morning who help me to order 2 coffees and Bacalhau. Kindly suggest could adding some trash bins and a designated smoking area near the pool would make the place even better. As you offered guest to scan QR code for order drinks and food, however there is not trash bins around.

Convenient location with many bus routes near the hotel. Efficient hotel staff. Clean room with adequate hygienic items provided. Excellent view as well. A satisfying experience, highly recommend!

We had a good stay, but it was overpriced 325 euros for 1 night and we didn’t even get coffee from the beans in the morning for breakfast. Breakfast was paid, included, but we had to pay extra for the real coffee. Nescafé machine was included only. So for this money they wanted still to earn 3 euros more. Pettiness.

I did not expect so much from this hotel
But absolutely new everything well decorated
Hygine was excellent, no smoke smell or other smell.
Bathroom was very clean n they have japanese style western washable bathroom, tub exvellent,
The view was waterfront dynamic view with macau tower, fully worth it.
