The view outside the room is good, and the location of Shadian is excellent. There is still room for improvement in breakfast and room soundproofing.

The room is relatively small and the sound insulation is poor.

Clean room, great location, good choice

The triple room we booked was actually a two-person room. We had to squeeze a third bed into it. Due to lack of space, we had to place it diagonally. There was no room to move around in the whole room.

The room was very small. When I checked in, I was told that the name of my son was wrong when I reserved the room. I was asked to provide proof of our relationship. Fortunately, I had the birth certificate apostille when I applied for the visa. All the hotels used in this trip were booked through Ctrip. I used the frequently used user information on Ctrip. All other hotels did not have this problem. I feel like this is just an excuse. And when I asked the hotel staff about the buffet breakfast fee, one hotel employee raised her voice and said that I had to sign the breakfast fee confirmation form. We have the right to understand before signing, and it is meaningless to understand after signing. This employee did not raise his voice when communicating with other guests and their local colleagues, which made him feel unfriendly. I won't stay in this hotel again next time.

Very good location. For the rest, nothing against it. Contact with staff has been minimal, always correct. Somewhat old facilities, but preserved and clean. Comfortable litters. I don't rule out returning.

Room was a tight fit for desk but bed good. I could hear the occupants above but outside noise was pretty quiet in comparison. Helpful staff. Decent accommodation

The hotel was in a nice, walkable neighborhood with many options within walking distance. We didn't have an option for New Year's Eve. The breakfast buffet was good.

Muito bom hotel, apesar do quarto ser um pouco apertado para 3 pessoas. Mas nada que possa desmerecer. Café da manhã bom, localização a metros do metrô (estação San Bernardo), mas também possível ir a pé para a Place d'Espanha. Nós corredores tem água, fruta e chá, achei super legal. Internet forte. Gostei muito
