I think this hotel is terrible
The location is not in the center of Madrid and the building is not very good.
Then the whole hotel is very small, the elevator is small, the room is small, and the whole room feels a bit boring when I enter it.
There was no kettle for boiling water, only a coffee pot, and it was very dark. The elevator was too small and there were too many people, so it was difficult to go up and down.
Overall, I had a very bad experience. The breakfast was not good either.
Then because the stay experience was so bad, I wanted to cancel this hotel and move out quickly
I asked him directly, but he refused to cancel my reservation, so I had to pay an extra room fee and change to another hotel.
All in all I don't recommend staying in this hotel, I think it's terrible

El personal y las instalaciones excelentes. En lo que se refiere a la calidad- precio muy buena, la única pega era que estaba un poco alejado de la parada de metro y tenía que subir una cuesta ( aunque un poco de ejercicio nunca viene mal).
