Right in the main city, you can walk out! It is very convenient to eat and shop around, the breakfast is also good, and you can borrow a converter from the front desk! There is a square in front of the door, which is a memorial to Don Quixote, and it is a landmark building!

Good location for a 3 star hotel, staff were pleasant on arrival. Found the amenities to be lacking (tv only in Spanish with no way to change it to English, aircon appeared to not be able to be changed easily and room was only satisfactory cleaned leaving room for improvement. Can notice the difference between a 3 and 4 star hotel. Bed was extremely comfortable- pillows so so..

An overall disappointing experience. I’ve stayed in several Indigo hotels in China and I had high expectations. But I didn’t understand how this hotel had the Indigo name - it felt like a budget hotel (though not budget prices). What’s more, as an IHG Ambassador I’m used to high levels of customer service - this was lacking at this hotel. There isn’t anything wrong with the hotel, it was clear and in a reasonably good area, but compared to other Indigo hotels it’s a disappointing experience.

Overall, I was satisfied. It was like a single dormitory room. It was indeed quiet and clean. The self-service check-in was also convenient and friendly to people. Because I had an early morning flight, the hotel could not store my luggage all the time, which was very inconvenient. I found a storage point on Gran Via. The subway in Madrid is too unfriendly. Many things rely on manual transportation. I suggest that the hotel provide a self-service storage room.

This is a local hotel group. The service is really too general. When I checked in, I waited for a long time and the staff kept talking because I didn't understand Spanish and thought they were saying something. After a while, I didn't look right. I asked before I said, oh, it turned out that you want to check in, she doesn't know 🤷♀️ dizzy! What is the queue at the front desk without check-in? The size of the hotel room is OK, but the facilities are really not five stars. The price of 161 days is basically no price/performance ratio. I regret not choosing the hotels in the international chain, and the intercontinental is almost 2200 to 2500. The most important thing to note is that Trip.com gave the label of this hotel's parent-child hotel on the page of the hotel reservation. I also set this for this. However, the hotel's swimming pool does not accept children under six years old. And, swimming is required to be reserved in advance... Understandably, the hotel swimming pool is not big, so an appointment is required, but at least the front desk should inform you when you check in? The children happily changed their swimsuits and went down, not allowed to swim, and left disappointed. I quickly tried to make an appointment, but the person in charge of the appointment went to make a spa for the guests. I don't know when I can return to the reception desk... Fortunately, I met a very enthusiastic staff and helped contact and coordinate. Finally, I said that I would make an exception for the children to swim once, but the ~ can be from 8 pm to 8:45 pm... Although I am very grateful to this staff, the children have already slept at that time 💤 and finally disappointed that they were not able to swim. Always ask me why the children are not allowed to swim. Yuan can try his best to explain that it is the negligence of his mother and there is no appointment. If you are also booking for the parent-child label, then you must think twice. When booking, this hotel has always been on the top. It is estimated that the commission for Trip.com should be relatively high, or buy a recommended location. The price is not bad, but it is really so-so.

Really good location and easily accessible by car. Hotel itself is great, rooms of decent size and nicely designed, bathroom are very practical and really clean. Walls between rooms are a little thin so you can hear your neighbors but it wasn’t outrageous in my opinion. The parking of the hotel was full and I learnt this after my booking so that wasn’t great, but on the bright side the parking of the mall Principe Pio in front of the hotel had space (open 24hr and was actually cheaper than the hotel parking - a win for us). Staff at the counter was the only minus for me. When I called the hotel to enquire about parking & ZBE car plate registration the man hung up on me due to what I believe was poor English (which would have been fine if he just said so). I had to call back again and got another person who explained details to me nicely in English. Also, every time we passed by the front desk we barely got any glance or had someone saying hi which is a shame (if not rude!). In hospitality, being welcoming is the #1 rule and the staff at the front desk was lacking in that regard.

Very nice hotel! Super friendly, customer friendly and helpful staff at the reception. Fine room with good bed. And, for me very important, very quiet: no noise load from outside and from the other rooms! Also super: no music, not at the reception, not in the breakfast room. A little far from the city, but bus 161 stops before the door (buy in a car in a station a UF map and load 10 rides there. NB in Madrid you pay not by distance/time, but by ride and crossing is often necessary). A few improvements: - the restaurant was not open for lunch and dinner during the winter season, which was not reported at the shopping room. Not pretty. Well room service with very limited and fairly priced possibilities. - The fruit at breakfast was not mature, so it was not eating. The older receptionist was unhappy to check out, he took a phone call and, while talking to the other, he managed my business, he didn't say anything to me, a deterrent because the real receptionists were just as kind and polite. All of the hotel I'm going back to: very customer friendly and quiet!

More than I thought, the boss is warm, the room is from the villa remodeling, but the room is large, the windows are large and airy, there is air conditioning, the surrounding is a high-class villa, very quiet, driving to the discount village about 20 minutes, driving It takes about 10 minutes to go to the shopping center. It is a good choice for self-driving tour, and it is very good.

Great location, fast wi-fi, comfortable bed. Laundry room was a really nice bonus. As for the downsides... On the first day people kept entering my room with their keycards, and not all of them were hotel workers, which was creepy. One night some neighbours were having sex. Good for them, not so good for my sleep — so the soundproofing could be better. And I also got allergic to the shower gel which never happened before. So it really was a 50/50 experience

An amazing place for such a reasonable price! I got there super early and the friendly staff let me check in as soon as I arrived. They told me they do their best to accommodate this if they have the availability. The room was spotless, warm and had great products. The location was convenient and the public spaces were stellar. It’s a great place to congregate as there are plenty of break-out areas and a good restaurant. There are so many nice details in this hotel that I realised were lacking in other, more expensive hotels in this visit to Spain that made me appreciate The Social Hub even more in retrospect.
