Madrid Barajas Hotels

They have wonderful service. The location is good for being near the airport but if you want to go anywhere touristy you have to hop on the metro for a few stops so not too bad. The shuttle to the airport was the best made it so easy to get to the airport for my early morning flight. (Pics are a few things I saw in Madrid)

The place is very clean and the staff were all really friendly and helpful. They booked me a taxi to the airport at 3:00 am which was a flat rate of 20 Euros. It’s a bit pricy for being so close but when it’s that early the metro isn’t running. Taking the metro to the hotel ended up being 2.5 Euros but will be 7 just for 1 stop if you don’t have a transport card yet. The hotel walls are a bit thin so if you’re a light sleeper maybe request a higher floor. Overall it was great and I’d stay there again.

The surrounding environment is very good and it is very close to the airport. There is a shuttle bus to the airport starting at 5 am. You need to confirm the time at the front desk one day in advance. Overall, it is very good and convenient. It is very suitable for travelers who need to take a flight at the airport the next morning.

The hotel facilities are very good, the rooms are very big, the things you use are very good, there is a shuttle bus to the airport, but if you are a light sleeper, you should not choose a room facing the street as it is a bit noisy!

Great hostel! Really clean. Lots of nice features that made it better - doors that close quietly, powerful shower, towels on the beds, big lockers for suitcases (but no way to lock them). I had to get a €20 taxi from the airport because I landed late and don’t think there is a bus at night, but bus back to the airport the next day was only €1.50 and a short walk from the hostel. Great staff who were very helpful. I would definitely stay again!

Made the mistake of booking this hotel for the second time after having forgotten about staying here a couple years ago. The hotel itself is fine but the shuttle service to the airport is atrocious. Got immediate PTSD when I remembered (upon arriving to the hotel bus stop). Took about 1.5 hours for the shuttle to show up for pickup at the airport (is advertised as a maximum of 45 mins). Then the line for the 2 check-in desks was unsurprisingly extremely long after a packed shuttle dropped off everyone at once. Bill Heinecke and Minor should be ashamed.

I have been using this hotel for many years. The rooms, facilities and services are as good as always, and the transfer service to Madrid Airport is even better. The price is just more expensive than in previous years, which should be caused by the increase in energy prices in Europe.

Carlos was so helpful and efficient. The rooms are clean and huge for a solo traveller like. I loved the bath tub - a warm lingering warm soak was all i needed. Check in and out were swift and airport shuttle was a blessing for this particular trip. Thank you for brightening my crappy day with your superb service.

1. The hotel is in Terminal T4, far from Terminal T123, and there is a free shuttle bus, as shown in the picture. 2. The bus stops at the departure floor, take the elevator down, and stop at the arrival floor. On the right side of the info reception desk, there is an airroom sign. After going down the escalator, walk back about 50 meters and you will find the hotel front desk. 3. The hotel is separated from the terminal floor and has no windows, but it is still quiet and hygienic. It is still recommended for transfers, but the location is a bit difficult to find. There are no hotel signs along the way, but it is easy to find as long as you reach the arrival floor of T4.

Decent, cozy hotel, small in size and poor window view . Helpful reception. Overall nice stay. Located close to Metro.
