The hotel is located near a subway station, less than a 5-minute walk away, so transportation is fairly convenient. It's not too close to the city center, but it's relatively quiet. The rooms are spacious, and the hotel provides disposable toiletries. There are also tableware and kitchenware in the rooms for cooking. The bathroom has a bidet, a common Italian appliance. Some of the floor tiles are loose and may need repair.

For a triple room in Europe, this one felt quite spacious. The room was clean and tidy, and it even had a kettle. Every day, they provided a bottle of water per person, and the breakfast was incredibly rich and varied. The hotel is conveniently located inside Chamartín Station, so you don't even have to exit the station. It's extremely convenient for catching the metro, as it's on the same level where you catch the suburban trains. It takes about 30 minutes by metro to reach downtown areas like Puerta del Sol. Personally, I think this hotel offers excellent value for money, especially considering that a hotel of this caliber in the city center would cost twice as much. I stayed for two nights, and on the morning of my third day, I had to catch a train. I asked the hotel to pack a takeaway breakfast for me, and it was the most generous packed breakfast I've ever seen! I absolutely loved the crisp, sweet apple (see photo), and each person got two different sandwich flavors. Thumbs up!

The Hotel location right on the main road. But surprisingly we not hearing the noice of vehicles even our room was at the first floor. That because they use double glass for the window. Any one nice restaurant and a coffee shop just accross the hotel. And also the bus stop just right at front of our hotel. The only problem that we had is because our room next to the lobby area the voice of the peoplea are very loud because between lobby and guest room doesn’t have partition to seperate between lobby and guest room. The rest is all ok

The hotel is not far from the metro station, very accessible to go anyway. It's not in the city centre, but as mentioned very accessible. Breakfast is amazing, it has everything you could imagine, and also has special food that is kid friendly. The rooms are spacious, have water, tea, and coffee provided in the room. Really lovely stay.

This hotel's unique feature is that each floor is designed by a different artist, resulting in distinct and sometimes extreme styles. I deliberately booked two different rooms, staying 2 nights in each for a total of 4 nights, so I could experience them. The young lady at the front desk who checked me in at dawn was incredibly friendly and professional. She even encouraged me to visit the lobbies on different floors to experience their unique styles and noted my preferred floor for the room change. The issue arose the night before I was due to switch rooms. I spoke to the same front desk agent, asking if I could change rooms after 2 PM the next day, due to jet lag and needing time to pack my belongings. She generously agreed, stating it was fine since I was extending my stay rather than checking out, and my next booking was a suite. However, at exactly 10 AM on the day of the room change, someone repeatedly knocked on my door. Still asleep, I went to ask what was going on. It was a cleaner who apologized, saying they thought the room was already vacated. I explained I was changing rooms in the afternoon, and she left. Immediately after, I noticed the TV screen indicated 'no guest checked in,' and I couldn't watch any channels. The front desk called right away. It was a middle-aged woman who sounded very experienced, and she spoke with a stern tone: 'Your suite is ready, on the floor you requested. I'm sending someone with the key now; please move immediately. There's a guest waiting for your current room.' I told her I had confirmed with them last night that I would move in the afternoon, and I wasn't even out of bed yet. She immediately replied, 'No, that's not possible. We can't wait. I can send someone to help you pack and move.' Her attitude was awful. What's more, she didn't sound like a regular front desk agent; she seemed to be a manager. This kind of service is nowhere near five-star standard.

The hotel is about a 15-minute drive from the city center attractions, so it's best suited for those with a car. The surrounding area is mainly residential and feels quite safe. However, the check-in process at the front desk was agonizingly slow, requiring a lot of patience. The rooms were quite new and clean. As for breakfast, it was just the standard Western options, nothing special.

The hotel is wonderful! It's very well-maintained, super clean, smells great, and everything is incredibly organized. The gym is huge, well-equipped, has air conditioning, and new machines. There's also a laundry room with new machines, a free water dispenser in the basement, and a vending machine with a good variety of options. The basement also has restrooms and a spacious, comfortable reception area for waiting. The garage requires prior reservation and has a fee, but it's very well-located and convenient. The hotel's location is fantastic, and undoubtedly one of its major strong points. I also want to give a special shout-out to Catalina, who is incredibly polite, attentive, and very meticulous. She takes care of the hygiene and cleanliness of the suites with great care and attention to detail. Her service is truly wonderful! I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families. It's a very comfortable, clean, organized place with excellent facilities. We had a wonderful experience!

Excellent hotel, good location, convenient room, there are dishes, dishes, dining appliances. You can cook breakfast. There is no restaurant hotel. This is the only minus. But around is full of cafes, work from 9 a.m., huge choice of everything and coffee including. Next to the supermarket, buy whatever you want.

Lovely and conveniently located place. Host was responsive and helpful. The little gifts that welcomed us was a bonus touch! We enjoyed our short stay. Will stay again if we're ever in the area again. Thanks!

The rooms were clean, and the staff were very friendly. Noemi at the front desk was particularly helpful, communicating proactively and resolving any issues. The breakfast was also good; eggs are ordered separately. The breakfast area was spacious, and there was a usher to the table. The only downsides were the lack of slippers and tissues in the room, which was somewhat inconvenient. It's about a 10-minute taxi ride from the hotel to the airport, making travel very convenient.
