Extremely clean room. We loved the contemporary design. Everything looked really new when we were there. We stayed in the small room. Some might find it a little tight. But it was okay for us. Really nice breakfast spread. Only downer is that there was a little musty or damp smell in our room. Just a little whenever we entered. Other than that it was great.

JC Residency redefines hospitality to make the guests feel at home. Being a three star facilty they make the guests feel more then welcome. The team handling the guests is ever present like eversmiling Suthakar who helped us out with authentic vegetarian food, which we enjoyed thoroughly. The room and the lobby feels like a quant place, where one can visit time and again

We wanted to surprise our parents/grandparents on their 50th wedding anniversary and Gateway Madurai went above and beyond our expectations. The staff are very courteous, genuine and friendly. Mr Easwar, Mr Soby, Mr Ashok, Mr Mani, Mr Sasi Kumar, Mr Jana, Mr Venkat, the restaurant staff, Ms Shilpa, Ms Ashwini plus the housekeeping staff , all went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Had stayed for two nights with family, the main highlight of the stay besides clean room and excellent complimentary breakfast spread was the exceptional service by the staff right from security to cleaning each and every one of them was polite and helpful. Definitely recommend this hotel for an exceptional stay experience. Kudos to the staff and management. Please keep up the good work.
