This hotel was a major disappointment during my stay in Ramadan 2025. Only positive was it was less than 5 minute from the mosque. With only 4 lifts for a 18 story building, waiting times were excruciating. The food was consistently subpar, and the dining area was always unclean with dirty tables and chairs. The service from the Arab reception staff was very unhelpful. Every query rejected with a shrug of shoulders and reply of "maafi". My family and other guests had no WiFi during my stay. The WiFi always showed as 'connected but no Internet'. When I enquired with the hotel staff, the reply was "it's not the Internet that's the issue, it's your phone". Additionally, I encountered regular instances of inconsiderate behavior from guests from the sub continent (India) who lacked basic manners and etiquettes and dont understand the meaning of waiting in a queue for a lift. Sometimes even trying to fit 20+ people in a maximum 12 person capacity lift! Finally, upon leaving the hotel, we had to bring our own suitcases down in the lifts as the hotel porters had disappeared. Only appearing once suitcases were placed in our transport and then having the cheek to ask for a tip.

This is the worst hotel i ever see,,,,never come back again to this hotel,,i came to this hotel just for praying at kabah,,,only can say astagfirulloh,,,when you breakfast, when you sleep, when you goes to escalator

Disgusting kitchen without repetitive taste narrow room is not ventilated with an intense smell of mold dirty sheets the only advantage is its location near the Haram The air conditioning is old very noisy
