Small Michelin rated designer boutique hotel, not those modern themed. Very cozy. Decorations n interior were themed based. All staff, from receptionists to servers to security very helpful, friendly n personable. Situated in midst of residential neighborhood, it’s walking distance to Makhota Parade, Ditaran mall n Jonker (all within 15-20 min walk). But with GRAB aplenty n at such affordable fares (comparing with Singapore), if there’s elderly in the group, just GRAB! Malacca is actually very small city. For the 4d/3n we were here, GRABBING everywhere, we found that we were actually maneuvering within the triangle of hotel, jonker n city ctr. All eateries n places we visited were all within this triangle. So this hotel is easily accessible n convenient. If you stay in city ctr, chances are you have to stop by Jonker at least once n vice versa. You can’t n won’t stay in one locality. Breakfast buffet spread was not wide but substantial.

We are happy to stay here again... Good service for all the crews. Simply bed deco with wishes note to us and in the morning my husband is unwell, they are allow me to take hot porridge go into room for my husband breakfast. Appreciated at all. Sure will come back again.

Very good stay, Aircond very cold, the hair dryer also is strong. There is a huge mirror for photo taking. Good for couple to stay

Good room size (approx 26sqm) but aircon not strong. No bedroom slippers in the room. Locate away from the busy area but not far off if u grab around.

We had a pleasant stay in this hotel. I love the industrial interior design and the amenities offered here. The breakfast spread is wonderful too. Ample parking space, friendly and helpful staffs and not to forget the refreshing welcome drink. Will come back to this hotel if I revisit Malacca again.

This 2nd time stayed at ROSA Hotel within 2 months. The room is clean and The location is convenient to town. Very quiet not too noisy. The staff very friendly and good service.

Overall is good only a bit dark. Inside Parking is good. Staff is very friendly.

Small boutique hotel. Relatively spacious rooms. Good if you are driving. Free parking. Decent breakfast.

Beautifully decorated place and cosy room. Considered pretty out of Melaka town centre. Basically went to try it out as we saw alot of videos and good reviews online. Big parking space available. Breakfast was nice too with a variety of food to choose from (porridge, soup noodles, nasi lemak, bee hoon, roti canai, toast, hashbrown, sandwiches, fruits, yoghurt, eggs, etc). Overall a very nice place and we were well rested.

I love this hotel, clean and spaces. Friendly staff as well.
