Old apartment.. most equipment not functional . Foreign staff cannot communicate in local language or English

Need to upgrade the pillow, mattres, toilets

Good location, but the room is super old. It’s quite bad. The bathroom is flooded. Managed by Indians, whom just give the keys to us at the lobby. Believed to be Airbnb kind. Will not stay again!

Bed sheet and towels were not clean and old 😫

The old apartment has a bathtub and hot water with a spacious bathroom, there is a portable cooler, dishes, spoons without a stove, for a price of 100 to 120rm, it's worth it. If the rate is more than 150rm, it's better to choose another apartment, there are still many better ones, by chance you got room no. A 38-17 closed has turned yellow and the room door after being closed tightly and locked can sometimes still be opened without using a key, which is very dangerous...
