Response from Property: Dear, we strictly require that bed sheets and quilt covers be changed every day, please rest assured. It's not that we have a bad attitude, it's that you owe the room fee first, we have treated you well again and again, we have to collect the room fee before 8 o'clock tomorrow night, otherwise our front desk staff will have to pay for it if the guest runs away, please understand!
