Room was pretty clean. Overall good amenities just wish they had tea and not just coffee for the hot drinks but liked the option for the in room massage and the laundry machines was super convenient after walking the city all day.

As always a good standard hotel, staff more than helpful to a foreigner with struggles checking in. Room has everything you need and the free breakfast is delicious and the staff there are so nice and helpful. My only down side was I was right on side of the elevator so could hear everything. Took a while to fall asleep, make sure to check out just before 10am the lift can get quite busy.

The location is convenient, and you can even book a Disneyland shuttle bus, which is a great money-saver. It's an excellent choice. The room is clean, comes with breakfast, and has a bathtub. Seriously, the value for money is off the charts!

The hotel was clean, cozy, and very convenient. Staff were kind and helpful, and breakfast was nice. Great value and a pleasant place to stay!

Location is good plus they provide bus for Tokyo Disneyland is a great option.

The service was bad because they did not provide enough bus schedule returning from Disney we ended up catching the train which are expensive and time consuming. We paid for the hotel because of shuttle bus. But we were disappointed there was not enough seats for the return.

The location for the hotel is good. But they will clean your room once at three days, it is the policy of the hotel. The garbage they collect everyday and when we arrive the building external plates is on repairing right now. It can be a little noise at daytime. And in our room we heard the sounds of passing trains, the JR is close to the hotel.

Quiet neighborhood. There is a shuttle bus to Disneyland.

My stay at the Toyoko Inn Nishikasai for 7 days was very enjoyable. This hotel has been quite well maintained and everyone was courteous. There is free water, tea, and coffee at the ground floor along with an ice machine for ice cubes. There are also vending machines for drinks and washing machines/dryers for those who want to do laundry. It's location is also good for those who wants to visit Tokyo Disneyland (the hotel provides a complementary shuttle bus to get there). The breakfast on offer can get a little repetitive but no complaints from me. Note that they only do cleaning of the rooms once every three days. I'd recommend this property for those who want to stay in Tokyo.

All the staff were friendly and quick to respond. The service is beyond the rate.

Room was clean and has spacious bathroom. The inn is near the station and convenience store. Front desk staffs are helpful and friendly. It’s also cheaper compared to hotels that are near Tokyo Disney Resort. It’s only 16 mins away by car.

It was simple, which was good. However, it was just average, neither particularly good nor bad. It would be great if they increased the number of buses to Disneyland, but since I couldn't get on, I guess I could have gone somewhere else.

There were several convenience stores and restaurants between Nishikasai Station and the hotel, so I had plenty of options and it was reassuring. The shuttle bus to Disney Resort was very convenient and I would like to use it again.

No drinking water in the room. Limited number of power outlets.
