New hotel. Clean.
Channel TV can only find channels that are free to air.
There is no pay TV. If you want to watch a film, you have to pay for it yourself.
Parking in the hotel parking lot is very limited. Unless you want to park elsewhere via free Valet parking by hotel staff. For those who make a car their second home... of course it's less comfortable.

The hotel is still only 6 months old, parking is valey because the parking space is narrow, security is very helpful, reservation administration needs to be reorganized, the rooms are clean, the latest Android TV has Netflix YouTube TV channels, internet wifi is one with the TV for telephone calls and the rooms are all modern digital, so for those who are technically clueless, it's difficult to use an intercom.
For breakfast, there are not enough seats and tables, so look for a place far enough away. I feel like I'm not ready enough.
