Best Hotels in Malga Ciapela, Italy

I came to B&B Tre Croci Cortina for a solo stay – I've been here on sabbatical for 6 days and 5 nights, and my stay at this B&B was nothing short of amazing. It's located right outside of Cortina, which is very convenient because of how close it is to Lake Sorapis, Lake Braies, and Tre Cime & Cadini di Minsurina. The hotel staff is very kind, patient, and courtesy... and the kitchen/dining staff is PHENOMENAL. They're very intentional about making your staff feel like home. Yamirka & her fellow dining staff made the difference in my staff. The rooms are very modern & there is plenty of space. The view of the mountains is beautiful, too. The only cons I would mention are the level of noise from patrons who don't do their best to abide by the ask for quiet in the hallways – I don't think it's intentional, but the closeness to the hallways makes a bit of a difference. Also, I'm someone who likes to sleep with it very cold, and my room thermostat wouldn't go down for some reason (I just slept with the door open as it was cold outside at night). I couldn't recommend this place more. If you're coming to the Dolomites, stay here! 🖤

Excellent value hotel and a great location for exploring the Italian Alps. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The place was clean, cozy and incredibly warm, which was appreciated given the -9 degrees outside. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The buffet breakfast included in the price had a great variety of hot and cold food, good coffee, pastries, cakes and fresh fruit. Would gladly come back again.

The hotel is located on the shore of Lake Missouri. The environment is very good. I got up in the morning and took a walk by the lake and took a photo of Rizhao Jinshan. Surprise! Although the room is not luxurious, it is very clean and equipped with two bottles of water (no other hotels); the hotel breakfast is rich and delicious, and I also used dinner at the hotel the day before, the price is king. In addition, the reception staff is very enthusiastic and also helps with luggage, awesome!

We stayed for 5 nights in the X-Alp hotel during our summer holiday/honeymoon. Everything was perfect! The staff helped us to plan our daily activities and they're extremely friendly and helpful both in the reception and in the restaurant. The spa section was tastefully decorated and a perfect ending for an active day on the mountains. The breakfast wasn't so versatile, but you find every morning something to fill up your plate. The best thing in the breakfast was the cake table with several different tasty pleasures. Kiitos, kaikki oli erinomaista! :)

We enjoyed staying 2 nights here...super comfortable rooms and we had a corner room with a deck and a view in 2 directions...modern and very nice bathroom too. But we especially enjoyed the food, both the breakfast buffet and the a la carte dinner (wow for the chicken with almonds...had it 2 nights) served in the bar area. Staff were very nice and helpful. Also there is a huge outdoor area with lounge chairs and chair pads to sit out there in the sun and totally enjoy the views in all directions! This is a very special setting for morning and sunset photos and only 20 minutes from Passo Gaiu if you want to go up there for sunset photos which we did one evening.

Esperienza terribile con questo hotel ancor prima di poterne usufruire: Il giorno 15 febbraio 2023 abbiamo prenotato per telefono due camere per la notte tra il 17 ed il 18 febbraio (per esigenze lavorative). Tutto sembrava essere sotto controllo come concordato con il dipendente dell'hotel via telefono. Una volta giunti su loco (dopo ben 450km arrivando da Milano) il receptionist ci accoglie,in modo piuttosto sgarbato, dicendoci che dato che non erano riusciti a d effettuare la transazione, hanno cancellato la nostra prenotazione. Vi lascio immaginare il disappunto che si prova in una situazione del genere dopo 5 ore di macchina alle spalle. Il receptionist prosegue lavandosene le mani affermando: ”vi abbiamo avvisato per mail” cosa che non ci risulta (una chiamata sarebbe stata gradita), ma comunque la carta di credito ci è stata richiesta via telefono, quindi è alta la probabilità che il dipendente abbia sbagliato a digitare i dati, anche perché trattandosi di una carta aziendale senza limiti di spesa. Allora il receptionist ci ha proposto una soluzione in un loro ulteriore hote 3 stelle (invece che 4s), ma allo stesso prezzo. Proporre lo stesso prezzo per un servizio ridotto, dal mio punto di vista, vuol dire fregare le persone. Oltre che il danno in sé, in termini di vostra mancata organizzazione interna, l'essere stati presi in giro e trattati in maniera maleducata, fa sì che vi meritate il minimo possibile nella valutazione finale. The hotel is located in the heart of the city centre, and is located in the heart of the city centre. The kitchen was a big kitchen to Mrs. Maria, who always choked us in the room. The only sin may be to improve, few information about paths and activities to do nearby ... but with the internet you find everything! Paths a plan de corona s fabulous !!!! Beautiful anterselve lake.

By enjoying a beautiful family meeting between cousins that the covid has separated for two years, we stayed in this building and occupied all three rooms available. It is a really wonderful place, comfortable for the start of many tours on the Dolomiti Bellunesi, on the Cansiglio or in Alpago. The rooms are very large and have every comfort, the breakfast room is beautiful and makes it feel like a cocktail at home. The owners are much more than friendly and friendly. We all have been very good and we will surely come back.

let me start by saying this review is based on value, not how super duper fancy the hotel was. ok so the hotel is old.. and yes, there are certain things you get from an old structure. you get uniqueness and coziness. but you also get old plumbing. so yes the bathtub doesn’t have a curtain (nor any sort of barrier that keeps the water in the tub), but the water pressure will blow your doors off and the staff is genuinely top notch and super sweet and they will be happy the mop up the big puddle of water outside the tub each morning. seriously i loved the staff. they were super helpful with all my questions on navigating the dolomites and where the parking lot was (this was a bit sarcastic as the parking lot was quite difficult to find even after parking there for 3 days). but look, this is the least expensive hotel in town (at least it was when i booked) and i had a very comfortable experience there. great location, great staff, great price. definitely recommend if you’re looking for a (close to) 4-star hotel at 3-star price.

We spent, in couple, eight days in February at the Diamant Park Hotel. The hotel is located in a strategic location near Funvia Col Rodella, the centre of the country and the bottom track, as well as the pedestrian track linking the neighbouring countries, immersed in nature. Breathed, comfortable, comfortable, clean, renovated and balcony rooms. Complete of all comforts! wide common rooms and meeting rooms that also allowed us to work. Customer careful staff and available at all times. The relax wellness area (complete with hydromassage, sauna, Turkish bathroom and beds, showers) is completely renovated and is ideal for spending some time back from a ski day. We chose the half-pension formula, breakfast, full of many sweets and salt while the dinner made up of several main dishes included, in addition to the initial buffet, the choice between 3/4 first and 3/4 seconds. Sweet and fruit buffets, always different and different. The hotel's hotel staff and the hotel's staff were very helpful and helpful to find the best solution. We will come back as soon as possible.
