I arrived late at night and was delighted to find the reception still open, with staff greeting me warmly. For the price, the room was very spacious, complete with a desk, sofa, and large bed. The pillow was soft and comfortable, making for a restful stay. What stood out the most was the quality of the toiletries. They use a well-known brand for hand wash, body wash, and shampoo, which felt gentle on the skin and hair, unlike the low-quality products often found in other hotels. The breakfast buffet was adequate, though as a Muslim I couldn’t eat some of the options. However, when I asked, the catering team kindly prepared a vegan sausage for me, which I really appreciated. The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from Manchester Piccadilly. At night, dragging my luggage, it felt longer, but in the morning it was just a brisk, pleasant walk.

It's in good location a bit of walk to the real centre and China. The breakfast is excellent. Room us clean and bigger than other hotel chains with similar price. A lot of bars around.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was spotless and very well maintained. The service throughout was excellent—every staff member I encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of the city centre, close to shops and lots of great restaurants. Despite being in such a lively area, the hotel is tucked away on a quiet street, making it the perfect balance of convenience and peace. Highly recommend!

Lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient for the arena and Victoria station. Busy, but we didn’t hear any noise from other rooms, etc. Room was exactly what we needed. Very clean. One of the nicest hotel showers I’ve used! Breakfast was nice - plenty of choice and tasty. Would definitely book again when attending concerts!!

Location is very convenient, service are good too, so are the staff. No window in my room though, which was the only downside.

The location is incredibly convenient, and it offers excellent value for money. Just a 3-minute walk from the hotel, you can catch the free City Bus Line 2, which takes you directly to the city center, Chinatown, and the train station, all for free! I saved a good amount on bus fares during my stay. I'd definitely recommend it to friends.

Fantastic value to take the kids for the night with an inclusive breakfast. Central location, with friendly staff and baggage storage. Breakfast was good, room was well equipped and quiet. Handy for the train, but no parking.

The room was quite spacious. However, getting into the hotel was a bit inconvenient because the manual revolving door wasn't suitable for large luggage. Breakfast was just okay. The price was acceptable, and the bed was comfortable, but the bathroom was a bit noisy.

Breakfast is poor, bacon dried and salty. The toilet bowl is installed in a strange way, the plank drops mosg of the time. I woild ddfinitely not recommend thishotel

Standard really. Not special. The bed was comfortable and the shower was awesome. Situated in town so was convenient. No fridge in the room , so my wine was warm.

Decent stay. The cleanliness was solid—rooms and common areas were well-maintained. Amenities were standard, nothing extraordinary but functional. Service was good. Decent breakfast choices!

Nice stay in this place. The location is very good. It is close to the city center. The free breakfast is good. The room is suitable for family.
