做為芒市的唯一一家五星級酒店儘管設施己經陳舊，但管理和服務仍然是很不錯。位置地處市中心，寬敞的大院停車方便，院內綠植很多還有60多年前周總理種下的桂花樹。房間衞生很好，早餐品種較多，有地方特色的餐食。住宿價格不高，性價比很好。

芒市很小一個小城，想訂正經酒店而不是民宿的話，也沒有其他更好的選擇了。酒店在市中心，周圍是市政單位。有年頭了，但是住宿還是基本可以的，不太隔音，床還算大。第二天早上的早餐還不錯，對得起價位。整體來説性價比可以。

門口外邊那條路就是芒市的網紅路，好多人在外邊馬路正中拍照（不推薦這樣做，沒素質） 一進賓館大門就是兩大排棕櫚樹。附近有兩個大菜市場，買水果蔬菜緬甸越南特產很方便。走路到樹包塔也很近。勐煥老奶、甘英雞腳也不遠，都可以走路過去。住陰面的房間可以看到金塔銀塔。陽面看主城區全貌一覽無餘。酒店早餐也不錯，帶父母來的，都吃多了，因為早餐米線很不錯。附近還有菩提寺觀音寺可以看一看，都是南傳佛教的。

房間寬大，設施齊全，衞生乾淨。酒店是德宏州的國賓館，接待了好多國家領導人，漂亮。位置好，距客運站，樹包塔，很近，離勐巴娜西珍希園也不遠。有歡迎水果，並且還給準備了水果刀，好貼心哦。

沒想到芒市還有五星級酒店，有點老了，房間大，早餐還行，但五星級的檔次還是差點。游泳池要下午兩點才開，健身房沒有了。亮點是周總理種的緬桂樹。
