We met an extremely friendly and helpful hostess at hotel Rotes Ross. Our car broke down and she helped us plan our travel home to Denmark. Something that proved to be very difficult. She fed us and served us drinks free of charge. What kindness! The hotel is lovely. All you can wish for. A beautiful room, super breakfast and a sunny court yard. Definitely worth a visit!

Excellent food from the starter to the desert. Nice atmosphere, everything was easy and relaxed. Nothing wrong. I've tried a couple of dishes and was all done in the right way. Happy to have done this choice, i won't miss it next time.

Das Rote Ross liegt in der Dorfmitte von Marktbergel, einem im Besten Sinn beschaulichen kleinen Ort. Die Steaks des Wirts sind zurecht in der ganzen Gegend bekannt. Die Zimmer sind modern, das gesamte sehr alte Fachwerkgebäude ist schön und stimmig renoviert.

Wir sind zufällig in das Restaurant eingekehrt und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Essen war köstlich! Wir können das Restaurant nur empfehlen! Hier gibt es auch vegetarische und vegane Gerichte. Einfach klasse! Der Chef ist sehr sympathisch und um das Wohlbefinden der Gäste besorgt.

Wir haben bereits zum dritten mal eine schöne Zeit im "Roten Ross" verbringen dürfen. Davon zwei mal in einer perfekt eingerichteten Ferienwohnung. Ausgezeichnetes Restaurant ein Genuss.... Der Service perfekt und freundlich. Im Sommer kann man in einem Traum von einem Garten die Speisen genießen. Wir sind und bleiben Wiederholungstäter.

Aufgrund der positiven Bewertung habe ich hier übernachtet. Ich muss wohl noch ein altes Zimmer bekommen haben; es war nicht wie auf der Homepage abgebildet, eher älter. Die Heizung ging gar nicht, deshalb musste ich die Nacht frieren und mir eine extra Decke nehmen. Dafür war das Essen fantastisch. Check In erst ab 15:00 Uhr; steht nicht auf der Homepage

Für einen Zwischenstopp auf unserer Reise in den Süden haben wir dieses Haus gefunden. Ausgezeichnetes Essen und ein sehr guter Service gab es im Restaurant Die Hotelzimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir können diese Haus nur weiter empfehlen
