Good hotel for your money. Pros: - The rooms have recently been refurbished, everything is quite fresh and clean - good gym - warm swimming pool and hammam - breakfast is not luxurious, but very edible Minuses: - no private parking (but out of season you can always find it on the street not far from the hotel) - old and small TVs in the rooms - only cable channels work, no youtube/netflix/Android tv and other internet services - weak water pressure in the shower and a watering can in the shower without modes - I would like to see this in a hotel with a spa prefix :-)

I stayed at this hotel with my family for a few days and we had a fantastic experience The overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming and the staff went out of their way to make us feel at home.. The pool area was beautiful and always kept spotless making it the perfect place to relax and cool off throughout the day The entertainment team was amazing, thanks for Harry, Potter, Barney! keeping guests of all ages engaged with fun activities and evening shows that were full of energy and creativity The only small downside was that the food options could have been a bit more varied, but the lively atmosphere and excellent entertainment more than made up for it. We had a memorable family vacation and would love to return

Very good design, nothing extra. A spacious room! There is a kitchen in the room, but except for cups, there were no tea spoons. The mattress is not super comfortable. The location is good - close to everything.

The hotel is very weak. Only Coral travel has invented three stars for it. In Trivago, Travelplanet and informants on site has only two and deserves no more. The hotel description is very laconic. No information about drinks for dinner, cut-off meals, at the top of the season meals served to the table - tragedy. Every three days the same, most products bought in the store and heated, fruit - arbuz added only after a weekly intervention, never for two weeks there was no cookie. It is a pity to buy options with food, because in restaurants the same is definitely better and cheaper. Dinner servings are slightly increased only after multiple insistences. Some of the foods are so spicy that children were leaving the table hungry. This is not the standard for three stars. What about rooms is just on the picture in one refrigerator, in fact as in one star - no. Television only with free programs of course even without Polonia, running air conditioners, crabs in the rooms is nothing extraordinary. On the equipped with even one glass, no table on the balcony or in the room, the place for the ashtray is a parapet. The bathroom is small without a curtain, water is pouring down. For 14 days, bedding and towels have been changed once. Wi - Fi with constant lack of reach. In Turkey, 9 times and 35 years of holidays in the south but I haven't seen such a standard for three stars yet. The only plus is close to the beach and center and a clean pool. For the help of the resident, please don't count on her, she's on holidays and in another hotel

We were recommended to use Ali Aly's Turkish Bath at the Romance Hotel. Firstly what a nice guy! Really straight up. Not pushy at at all. Aly picked us up for free from our hotel. His communication about times was excellent. The Turkish Bath was great. We had the basic package which was a bargain at £35 pp. The service was excellent and weren't with other families, just us. His team took their time with us and were lovely. Our 30 minute massage was over an hour and we got a free face mask. There was no extra selling like other places. Our skin felt great and we were so relaxed afterwards. What I liked about Ali's place is that it's clean, he's upfront that his staff are legal and he treats people like he likes to be treated. He goes the extra mile and makes sure his team does. He also remembers you and says hi and stops for a chat if he sees you in the street in a non cheese way. We'll be back. I feel a bit sorry for this hotel because it really has potential but could use some serious TLC. The staff were charming and buzzing around like they were in a race—except for the boss lady, who looked like she’d just lost a game of Monopoly. Pros: I loved that the hotel gives back to the local community. I'd much rather support locals than a faceless corporate giant. Cons: Now, let’s talk about the need for a makeover. Our room didn’t just feel unclean; it felt like there was a crime scene, there was a massive red stain on the curtain—seriously, how hard is it to replace those? The bedsheets looked freshly laundered but still had stains that could tell their own horror stories. And the bed bases? I didn’t want to look too closely at the mattress; I half expected to find an archaeological dig underneath. The TVs were so non-smart, I wondered if they were still running on dial-up. The bathroom door had a brown stain that I’m pretty sure wasn’t in the original design, and the taps had turned a lovely shade of “who knows what.” The bin looked like it had survived a tornado. While the budget prices might attract a rowdy crowd, I encountered quite a few loud Brits who seemed to think they were at a pub rather than a hotel. But I did enjoy the location—though I suspect our room was in the staff quarters. Those chairs in the reception? Someone get a carpet cleaner in there quick First impressions matter! I’m far from posh. But, I’m too good for that hotel. Never again.
