WangwangThe location isn't downtown, but the surroundings are nice. Staying in a tent room is an experience, but the main issue is the complete lack of soundproofing – it is, after all, a tent. So, cleanliness is just barely acceptable. My biggest complaint: each room has a table sprayed with very cheap paint. The smell, especially under the scorching sun, was unbearable! The entire room reeked of paint fumes. Breakfast was truly disappointing. The funniest part was that all guests had to use tiny saucers for their food. Don't they want to buy proper plates? The tables and chairs in the central courtyard were a mess; there were five different styles of chairs alone, giving it a very haphazard feel. What deserves praise, especially when compared to the overall unprofessional management, are the front desk service and the luggage porter! Their service was thoughtful and genuine. And the scenery is also very good! To add: the night view of the courtyard in the hotel's main picture is clearly Photoshopped; the reality is quite underwhelming.

I stayed in the intercontinental for one night and I wish I had more time here. The hotel is new and decorated in a sleek yet exotic fashion. The room is very spacious, with a comfy king sized bed and choices for pillows. Amenities wise, the room is equipped with the usual Blanche line of personal care products (however the hair brush is still quite rubbish...). The view from the room is superb, overlooking the yili river and the small apple lake with the mountains in the background. The executive lounge is dainty and the cocktail hours buffet was delicious (though doesn't have a huge alcoholic choices like some other executive lounges). Sitting in the lounge and watching the sunset over the river was a fantastic experience. The location of the hotel is a bit remote but it is perfect for someone wants to wander around the yili river park and/or do a nice long and peaceful run/bike ride. Gym is small but meets the basic needs (has dumbbells, cross trainer and treadmill but no bar bells or rack). The swimming pool looks fancy and big, makes it ideal for leisure and training.
Lastly, and most importantly, for my stay I truly appreciated the hard working staff here. They have made my already wonderful stay perfect. A big shout out to the concierge team, especially 来存智 Leonard, the concierge supervisor, they have gone out of their way to help me. I wanted to visit some ethnic group bar at mid night and given the distances and lack of taxis, Leonard, together with his team, helped me get to the right place and Leonard personally drove me back from the bar at 3am. I was able to have a great night thanks to him. Upon checking out, I was also given a nice souvenir to mark a perfect stay (unfortunately I left it on the taxi due to rushing!!! To whoever is the next lucky passenger to pick it up: I am jealous!).

MaiermeiAfter a long and bumpy journey to beautiful Kashgar, checking into the Radisson Hotel was definitely the right choice – it's quiet and convenient. If I hadn't specifically asked, I never would have guessed this hotel has been operating for 12 years. Everything, from the cleanliness of the hallway carpets to the pristine condition of the furniture and appliances in the room, is maintained to a high standard. The service is superb, and both the late-night snacks and breakfast are reliably good. The hardware is well-maintained, and there are no overlooked spots when it comes to hygiene. I felt completely at ease during my stay and highly recommend it to anyone who values a great practical experience.

Guest UserThis homestay experience was really great! As soon as I entered the room, I was attracted by the warm decoration. The sheets have a light fragrance and are super comfortable to sleep on. The room is fully equipped with all kinds of facilities, which is very considerate. The landlord was warm and thoughtful. He patiently introduced us to interesting places in the surrounding area and helped us plan the itinerary, which saved us a lot of detours. Here, you feel as comfortable as at home. The location is also amazing. It is right in the Kazanchi scenic area, making travel very convenient. There are also many specialty snack shops and convenience stores around, which gives it a strong sense of life.
The room and the yard also have ethnic characteristics, which are particularly nice for taking photos. The landlord’s care can be seen in every detail. The room is spacious, bright and stylishly decorated. I had a great time living here. I will come here often and recommend it to my friends!
I will stay here again next time I come. I highly recommend it to everyone!

NanxiaopangerThis is my second stay at the Conrad Urumqi, and it has become my top choice every time I visit Xinjiang. The overall experience is simply unmatched, and I have to give a special shout-out to Martin at the front desk! After a long journey, I arrived at the hotel, and Martin was incredibly warm and attentive throughout the entire check-in process. He was efficient and professional, meticulously asking about my preferences and arranging the room according to my needs in advance. He clearly explained all the travel-related details, saving me a lot of hassle.
The hotel's 'cloud lobby' design beautifully blends with Western Regions aesthetics, creating a fantastic atmosphere. The guest room's floor-to-ceiling windows offer expansive views of the entire city. The room itself is clean and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding and complete amenities. The breakfast spread is rich and diverse, featuring a wide variety of authentic Xinjiang specialty dishes, allowing you to savor local flavors without leaving the hotel.
Overall, the service is professional and thoughtful, and the staff are gentle and courteous. Whether it's travel inquiries or room requests, they respond very promptly. With such a meticulous and attentive front desk staff like Martin, the entire trip was comfortable and worry-free. When I return to Urumqi in the future, I will definitely choose the Conrad again. It's my irreplaceable best choice for trips to Xinjiang, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Urumqi for business or leisure!

Guest UserWe had an unforgettable few days here! Initially, I was a bit skeptical about the one-on-one butler service, but I was genuinely impressed by their warm and dedicated attention. The private car service was fantastic, taking us to and from attraction entrances, and even helping us buy bus tickets at the station. The hotel food was surprisingly delicious – their Dapanji (Big Plate Chicken) was even more authentic than what I've had in Urumqi! The chef is from Chongqing, and you can tell how much care goes into the breakfast and afternoon tea. They even arranged dragon fruit into rose shapes, and the coffee was freshly ground and wonderfully rich. The coconut water was 100% pure. And the Chongqing noodles for breakfast were absolutely amazing, alongside the Western options. Everything was all-you-can-eat. We also tried the horseback riding, which was 80 for an hour. The horses were beautiful, and the scenery, especially the river valley, was breathtaking – you really have to experience it to believe it. Plus, there was a complimentary travel photography service. The manager was incredibly hands-on, tall, and handsome, and the supervisor was a dashing Uyghur young man. They truly went above and beyond to fulfill every request. All in all, this stay truly showed me what a real vacation feels like ⛱️. I'm definitely coming back next year!

This guesthouse in Narati was the best accommodation we had during our entire Xinjiang trip. The aesthetic appeal of both the exterior and interior design is evident, with attention to detail truly standing out. I particularly loved the green plant views from our room. The comfort level was excellent too; the bedding was soft, and the latex pillows were absolutely amazing. We loved them so much that we bought the same kind when we checked out. They didn't skimp on amenities either: a Dyson hairdryer, L'Occitane toiletries, a coffee machine, a magnifying mirror, a washing machine, and more. What truly impressed us the most was the service. From the manager to every staff member, everyone genuinely cared about the guests' experience. In the evening, when we ordered food, they even sent up some small pastries, and the next morning, they treated us to coffee with breakfast, which was a really thoughtful touch. Due to a change in our itinerary, we had to shorten our two-night stay to one, and the guesthouse was incredibly accommodating, kindly waiving the fee for the second night. Overall, it was a comfortable, considerate, and high-quality experience. It's not one of those mass-produced 'influencer' guesthouses; they genuinely put their heart into their service.

ZHL0069Overall, my stay was great. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft, ensuring a very comfortable sleep. The bathroom had no unpleasant odors, and the hot water came out quickly. The front desk staff were very friendly, and both check-in and check-out were efficient. The location is convenient for getting around, and the area is quiet, not noisy at all. The hotel offers good value for money with no hidden charges. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit and highly recommend it to everyone.

aj22This hotel has a distinctive Western China vibe. From the outside, it might not look like much, but step inside and you'll find a completely different world – it's incredibly photogenic! The service is also very attentive, and they even have a laundry room. It would be absolutely perfect if the pool was also available for swimming and soaking.
