The hotel has a unique style and is a popular spot for many. The pool was empty during the off-season. The room's cleanliness wasn't great; the sink area was dusty, and the chairs and tables in the courtyard were covered in dust. I can understand all of that. What was truly despairing were the bugs. As soon as I entered the room, I saw a cockroach by the bed, which I dealt with and threw outside the door. In the morning, when I went to the toilet, there was another one by the commode. I truly had a headache dealing with it. On top of that, small black flying insects flew into my nose while I was sleeping at night. For this price, even in the off-season, it's not cheap, so why can't they even handle the bugs? Regarding pets, there's the cleaning fee. When I called in early April, they quoted one price, which was even lower than what was listed online. But when I arrived, the price they wanted was almost as much as the room rate. The young lady at the front desk was quite nice, and in the end, they charged me the online price. I hope you clarify your cleaning fee policy and ensure proper cleaning. When checking out, regular guests could just leave, but I had to wait for them to inspect the room before I could go. I paid more, was treated as inferior, and it delayed my departure time, almost causing me to miss my highway exit due to road closures. If you're worried, you could charge a deposit. It's really inconvenient for tourists who are in a hurry to travel.

A special thank you to Xiaoyu, the hotel butler, for her attentive service! From check-in onwards, she was consistently warm and attentive, proactively introducing the hotel facilities and patiently answering all my questions, making me feel instantly welcome. Even more surprising was that Xiaoyu helped me apply for a free room upgrade; the new room was more spacious and had a better view, completely enhancing my experience. I must also praise the underfloor heating in the room; the temperature was perfectly adjusted, ensuring a comfortable and warm stay without any dryness, requiring no effort to adjust. The service throughout was incredibly convenient, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time. I also look forward to receiving Xiaoyu's service again!

Simply great place! Excellent value for money, the place is full of beautiful vineyards of grapes, the place looks like in a fairy tale. There is a shuttle that comes quickly and efficiently. The room in the shape of a wine barrel is great and clean, the staff is very nice and efficient, they helped us quite a bit. The breakfast is great and varied and there are also vegetarian options. There is a possibility of free laundry, and the reception is really available 24/7. The winery tour was beautiful and the long canal is very impressive. The shuttle from the train to the hotel and from the hotel to the train worked great. To improve - the pool was dirty throughout our stay, other than that it is just an amazing place! We will be back again in the future

Upon arrival, the front desk upgraded our room. It was spacious, well-lit, and clean. The parking lot was also very large. I suggest the hotel install charging stations for electric vehicles.

We arrived Urumqi early in the morning, but we got a surprise coming at the hotel. All the staffs were superx3 nice and helpful. For check-in, a staff not just gave us a super early checkin, but she also got us an upgrade. Another staff was so patient with us to figure out how to help us for the airport transfer the next day, that she offered us an alarm call and help to call taxi to the airport. For the room, it is spacious, clean and warmly-looked. The settings is nice and comfortable. Toilet is spacious too, convenient for 2 to use at the same time, which I think good and smart. And finally, the special view to the park in autumn was so peaceful. For location, the hotel is near several attractions and you can take a taxi to Grand Bazzard with reasonable cost. Definitely and strongly recommended to anybody who come to Urumqi.

Staying here felt just like home. From the moment I arrived, every staff member greeted me warmly, which was really heartwarming! They were all eager to help and politely welcomed every guest. The concierge proactively offered to assist with luggage. Being able to order room service was super convenient and quick, and the staff were always prompt and accommodating with any requests, clearly attentive to the guest experience. The hotel even has robots for food delivery, which is efficient, smart, and hassle-free, ensuring great security and privacy. It's fantastic to enjoy meals without leaving your room. Manager Coco's service was excellent as always – very thoughtful and enthusiastic. She pre-arranged my room and even asked about my preferences. The location is super convenient, very close to the airport, making travel easy, only 25 minutes away! The lobby is beautiful and decorated with unique Xinjiang characteristics. I highly recommend staying here! I'll definitely choose this hotel again if I have the chance!!

My top choice for hotels when I'm on a business trip to Xinjiang! It's clean, hygienic, and incredibly convenient for getting around, with all the necessary amenities nearby. Most importantly, the service attitude is excellent and very friendly, especially from the lovely Ms. Nur and the handsome Mr. Alpha, who provide very thoughtful service!

I was quite surprised to find a Wyndham Grand Laguna in Turpan. The hotel building is beautiful, with a very exotic feel. In Turpan, a small city in northern Xinjiang, it felt strangely more like southern Xinjiang. The mattress in the room was very comfortable, and the decor was beautiful. As a premium member, I was pleasantly upgraded to a higher room type and given welcome fruit. The hotel's public area is a highlight, with a beautiful, high-ceilinged lobby. It's perfect for taking photos and has a unique character! The outdoor pool is also very beautiful, but I didn't have time to swim. The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful, explaining the hotel's activities and giving me a very warm farewell upon departure. Xiao Mu at the front desk was very attentive! Overall, it was a very good stay.

It was alright, the price was reasonable, the breakfast was good, and the service was attentive. One suggestion: delivering fruit to the rooms at night is a good thing, but it was past 11 PM, which is too late for tourists from other places, as most are already asleep. Either deliver it earlier, or don't deliver it at all. Also, the cold water was off in the morning, making it awkward that the toilet couldn't be flushed; this might only happen occasionally. However, the scenery along the Duku Highway is absolutely gorgeous.

The hotel is new, with a few other hotels nearby. The rooms are spacious, and the service is warm and friendly. I stayed for two nights, and when checking out, the hotel gave me a small gift of snow chrysanthemum tea and a silk scarf, which was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast had a good variety, but the taste was just so-so. The TV remote in the room was broken or out of battery. Both nights, a staff member had to come to the room to turn off the TV, which was a bit awkward.
