Walking distance from the airport so perfect for me who just had a few hours to catch some sleep before having to return to the airport early the next morning. Room was basic but worth the price for me.

This was an excellent hotel with superb services. The staff, in particular was very helpful in arranging drives to various interesting sites. The lady called Sophia spoke excellent English which made life easy for foreigners. The only thing I would recommend is that they make an effort to clean the carpets more thoroughly.

First time booked & stayed in this hotel, locality very convenient, room is cozy & bed was comfortable to filled my night, the stuffs is helpful & polite, full of eatery surroundings & till late night. Very enjoyable, will staying in this great hotel again next time & definitely will recommend to other..👍👍

We had a long layover in Urumqi so decided to stay the night here. It was very nice. They provided shuttle service to and from the airport which is very nearby. It is easy to get into town as it is also not very far away. We enjoyed the gift of free dried fruit as well. The room was clean and the staff was courteous and helpful.

If you’re looking for a hotel in a central area of Kashgar, this is it. It’s less than 1 block from one of the entrances to Ancient City. Seriously, just turn a corner and you’re there, next to some amazing Uyghur restaurants. The room is pretty standard and includes everything you need. Breakfast was pretty lackluster — I went at 9am and all of the dishes were cold. Even the fried rice. Didn’t bother going for the rest of my stay since inexpensive local food is everywhere. The hotel also offers free laundry machines (washer AND dryer) with free detergent. That was super useful since I was on a long solo backpacking trip. Overall, great hotel for the price. Skip the breakfast and walk a few meters around the area and get some authentic Uyghur food instead.

There are many places to eat within 200 meters around, and there is a gas station next to it. Generally, renting a car here is just right for refueling and returning the car. It's Hilton and I hardly found staff who can speak English. I felt like I was cheated. I paid for 2 big twin bedroom and I got one big and one regular roomsize. As i wanted spacious room, I was willing to pay more, but the duty manager at the time that I checked in said the other room seemed small, because it's a different floor plan. So I told them that I'm an interior designer, so I know what is big and small or even the manager could come and inspect the rooms with me. . After that they allow me to change the room. There're varieties of food for breakfast.

I also bought a few books I liked. It can be quiet or lively here. If you like quietness, you can walk along the Irtysh River. If you like liveliness, you can visit the night market and Russian-style pedestrian street next to it.

Great location,on a busy street close to everything. Since cars are not allowed in old town, this hotel is not too far inside old town, a taxi can drop you off and take only a 5 minute walk to the hotel. Hotel is very clean, the owner even gave me a free tour of the area, like The 100 year old tea store, where a free show is performed with camels and dancers, the 柱子街,油画街,彩虹🌈巷.I would definitely come back as a (归来客)the next time I am in kashgar （喀什）. She knows about the area very well,just ask her like the 1 reminbi bus ride (the number 20yellow bus only)to 香妃园

I stayed here with my two kids under four years old and loved the experience. The hotel is located at a prime of location where Eid Gah is two mins walk away and the pedestrian food street and ancient city right across the road. The hotel is generally very clean, however as I entered my room I did feel like the floor needed better mopping. I could clearly see that some diet residue has been smeared all over the floor. The staff is super friendly and helpful, they were very cooperative with my inability to understand Chinese. Breakfast is amazing. They offer a great variety of items from fruits to bread and drink and soups/bean paste. I did notice that the bread was stale but there were definitely other options available. You can also do laundry without having to buy your own detergent 🥹 on the 5th floor. I did twice. 😄 My life was made so much easier with kids. I am so going to stay here again.

- Fantastic location, perfect to explore ancient town, eat local food, take pictures, and relax with some tea! - Friendly hosts that provide all the info you need on local sights etc. - Rooms are gorgeous, smoke-free, and the linen is nice! - I’d recommend bringing ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper and eye shades. - The bed is firm - If you’re looking for a driver in Kashi and to Tashkurgen I highly recommend Silk Road Tours (all one word for weixin ID) in Kashgar and the English speaking driver Alimjan! I was travelling alone and they were very professional, on-time, trustworthy and reliable!

We arrived very early in the morning and were immediately given our room by the friendly receptionist, this was very nice and much appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable, everything worked well. Room layout is fine, and the large shower has very good water pressure. Breakfast is average but actually there are so many eateries just around the corner. Regarding location, we walked to the ancient city in about 15 min., so definitely a plus. We would happily stay again at this Super8 and recommend to our friends.
