Great hotel near the motorway. Service, rooms and restaurant top. Very well dedicated for e-car drivers.

Very strange room layout, from door to the window is bed, wash area and desk. If the bed and wash area are exchanged their place it would be better. The best things are it’s good location, very close to Maastricht Station by 3 minutes walk away, and the good service from staff at reception, in particular Andre’ ( if I remember correctly the young man with golden curly hair). No slippers, but can borrow adapters and 2 bottles of water are provided in room.

Onze TV werkte niet. Batterijen en technische dienst waren/was niet beschikbaar omdat we na 18 uur incheckte. Bij uitchecken gemeld. Antwoord: bedankt voor het doorgeven en sorry daarvoor. Echter geen compensatie of een kopje koffie voor het ongemak. Erg teleurstellend. Je boekt een kamer met faciliteiten en dan wil j er ook gebruik van maken. We hebben er geen stennis van gemaakt is het niet waard, echter jammer is het wel. Verder prima hotel!

Very clean, all rooms have direct access to the hot springs, very convenient, and it is very cost-effective to book a hotel to the hot springs, will come again next time! Het is een chique maar aan renovatie toe hotel. Prachtige ligging. De kamer zag er netjes en schoon uit. Wastafel was gescheurd, maar de inloop douche maakte veel goed. En de 2 goede stoelen op de kamer was ook een pluspunt!. Jammer van de ramen met enkelglas, deze zijn aan vervanging toe! Sauna was erg klein, maar voldeed zeker, net zoals het zwembad. Met handdoekservice! Goed verzorgd ontbijt.
