This is a decent, standard airport hotel, very close to the airport. They offer a shuttle bus every half hour, though you can actually walk to the terminal. There's also an outlet mall next door for shopping and dining. The facilities are relatively new and have all the necessary amenities. Most of the staff are dedicated and helpful, though a very small number had slightly poor attitudes, which I can understand if they were on a night shift. Special thanks to the housekeeping staff, who were very warm, hospitable, and went out of their way to help guests, even providing a charging cable to a guest next door, which wasn't even part of her job. There was a faint lingering smell of smoke in the room when I entered, but that's not the hotel's fault; it's due to a previous guest violating the no-smoking policy.

This hotel is conveniently located near the airport and offers a shuttle service. When checking in, the front desk proactively asked if I needed the service and helped with the booking, which was really helpful. The bookstore design in the ground floor lobby is a real highlight; I personally loved it. The room and bedding were also very clean. My only minor complaint is that the breakfast selection was a bit limited. Though that might be because I arrived a bit late, around 9 AM.

The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped, making for an overall extremely comfortable stay. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful sea view!

I was thoroughly impressed by the service at this hotel! From helping with luggage to check-in, everyone greeted us with a smile. I was traveling with my child, and the front desk immediately provided a toiletries kit, which my child loved. Our butler, Nita, was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions and even assisting with booking a travel photoshoot. In the evening, she prepared a bedtime dessert for my child – the papaya and white fungus soup was delicious! Before we checked out, Nita also arranged a late check-out for us, telling us not to rush, which was incredibly thoughtful. I definitely have to commend the hotel's service! 👍🏻

From my sea-view room, opening the window revealed nothing but the clear blue sea and sky – the sea breeze was wonderfully refreshing. The hotel's environment is elegant and tranquil, surrounded by lush greenery, creating a great atmosphere. The pool was clean and comfortable too. The staff were warm, polite, and provided thoughtful, attentive service, making for an excellent stay. The breakfast offered a rich variety of delicious options. Overall, the value for money is superb. It's my top choice for a relaxing getaway, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Sanya. Highly recommend!

This hotel offers incredible value for money, especially if you're not bothered about a sea view. It's just a five-minute walk to the beach, and the surrounding area has an amazing variety of restaurants, offering cuisine from all over the world to suit any taste. The service and cleanliness were standard, and the room itself was very spacious. The only minor downside is that the facilities are a bit dated. Overall, definitely recommend staying here.

After I finish my workout, I go to the restaurant to eat. The buffet breakfast time of the meal fiber hotel is 11 o'clock. This is very good. People will not feel that the time is tight. 6 There is a self-service washing machine and dryer in the building. After washing clothes, there is an iron machine to iron clothes. There is no need to worry about the wrinkles of the clothes. The front desk lady Xiao Chen is very enthusiastic. Every time I see me, I am very polite and greeted. The attitude is very good. The Intercontinental Haikou Huacai is quite suitable for a vacation. Grandpa Dai Defu from the concierge's 'Expert Experience Hall' is super nice and provides excellent service. Both the kids and seniors had a great time. The hotel also offers a complimentary 'Wild Deer Travel Photography' service, which is efficient, creates a great shooting atmosphere, and the service is prompt. Highly recommended! [Strong]

This is a really comfortable hotel. Every time I visit Haikou, I make sure to stay here for a night. The main reason is their amazing 830-meter deep hot spring directly in the rooms – a soak there just melts away all the fatigue. The rooms are spacious and bright. Plus, the hotel is very close to the Qilou Old Street, just a short taxi ride (minimum fare). There's even an airport shuttle nearby. It's truly great.
