This hotel is super convenient, right in Terminal 1 of the airport, and the soundproofing is great. The only thing is there might be a lingering cleaning product smell in the room, so you need to open the window to air it out. The staff were all very nice. I ordered takeout, but they couldn't deliver directly to the room, so I had to go downstairs to the **counter to pick it up. The place called 'Yue Lao' is delicious.

Our flight was delayed, so we didn't arrive in Haikou until the middle of the night. Luckily, the hotel offered pick-up service right from the airport, and they even helped us with our luggage. The location is fantastic, very close to the airport, which saved us a lot of hassle. It's also right next to a Jihua Hotel. The front desk staff saw we had a baby and kindly upgraded our room to one with a loft, which made our child incredibly happy! Despite the affordable price, the room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. There's even a small courtyard where kids can play. This hotel offers excellent value for money.

This hotel boasts a superb location: 270° panoramic sea views directly facing Phoenix Island, with just a 5-minute walk to the First Market and Coconut Dream Corridor. Facilities are incredibly comprehensive: an infinity pool and a heated pool, rooms equipped with a fridge, washing machine, and induction cooker, plus a kitchen perfect for cooking seafood. It's very family-friendly: featuring a 5000㎡ indoor play area, a children's pool open until 10 PM, and family suites with two bedrooms and a living room. Excellent value for money: during the off-season, you can enjoy a 180° sea view bathtub for just 200+ per person, and breakfast includes Hainanese specialty desserts. The staff were very welcoming and always actively helped me with any issues I had. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time. Thumbs up to the hotel and a special shoutout to butler Luy, who was also incredibly attentive.

The hotel is located by Qishui Bay, about a 10-minute walk to the beach. The indoor pool is around 22 meters long with a depth of 1 meter. Some rooms have balconies with views of the launch site, while others overlook Qishui Bay. Since the exact launch time couldn't be known in advance, I missed seeing it from my room, but the hotel does offer a paid viewing service. The concierge staff member was very enthusiastic and provided great emotional support. Chen from the front desk was also very proactive in helping me with various issues. The first obvious drawback is that the facilities are old. The furnishings are several years old, and the surfaces of the furniture and appliances are mottled and rusted. The TV is also too small. The second drawback: after swimming, I left my beach shoes and swimsuit to dry on the balcony. I collected my swimsuit the next day but forgot the beach shoes. I didn't remember them after checking out, and only realized the next day that they were missing. Chen from the front desk actively contacted housekeeping, but was told they weren't found, and no new guests had checked into the room yet. Fearing I might have forgotten, I checked my luggage at home and still couldn't find them. It's highly likely the shoes were treated as abandoned items by the cleaning staff on the balcony. Such a shame!

I stayed here just to try it out, but the 'Little Anemone' butler service brought some unexpected surprises. Especially when the hotel was fully booked, they still managed to accommodate our request for an extended stay, saving us the hassle of moving rooms, which was incredibly thoughtful. Even though it's peak season and very crowded, you can feel that the management is very dedicated. They really try their best to arrange rooms according to guests' preferences. We prefer high floors and were placed in a quiet area facing the villa section, with a breathtaking sea view. Both the hotel beach and pool are excellent. The mini-bar and bottled water are refilled endlessly, and we also received complimentary welcome fruits and laundry detergent. The room was spacious with two 1.5-meter double beds, perfectly accommodating our family of three adults. A friendly tip: The water park gets very crowded. Even though the water is 27 degrees Celsius, it can still feel chilly when you get out and there's a breeze. Families with young children visiting during the ***** New Year should be mindful of this. Suggestion: Since guests spend a lot of time in the water, it would be great if the hotel could provide some waterproof pouches of various sizes for their convenience.

Sanya Four Seasons Haiting Hotel was absolutely fantastic, I highly recommend it! The hotel's location is superb, right in the prime 'C position' of the Dadonghai Tourist Resort's hillside seascape. It's within walking distance to attractions like Luhuitou Park and Dadonghai Beach. The hotel also offers a free shuttle bus, making getting around incredibly convenient. Upon entering, it felt like stepping into a traditional Chinese garden, with rockeries and flowing water, lush greenery, and beautiful scenery at every turn, exuding an oriental charm. The room also exceeded my expectations. I stayed in a sea-view room with a private balcony and a scenic bathtub. From the balcony, I could overlook the stunning views of Dadonghai and the international yacht marina, especially at sunset – the scenery was absolutely captivating. The room amenities were comprehensive, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and all the toiletries were branded. Plus, it was impeccably clean. The hotel's service was truly impeccable. The front desk staff were warm and professional, check-in was swift, and they provided detailed information about the hotel's facilities and local sightseeing tips. The breakfast buffet in the restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious options, including both Chinese and Western cuisine, catering to diverse tastes. Furthermore, the hotel boasts numerous recreational facilities, such as an outdoor swimming pool, a gym, and a kids' club. I swam in the pool every day – the water was crystal clear and the environment was beautiful. In summary, my stay at Sanya Four Seasons Haiting Hotel was an excellent experience, and I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Sanya.

It's hard to put into words, I went to experience the beautiful Ocean Flower Island with endless imagination, but only after I arrived did I realize it was far from satisfactory. Dining: If you don't want to eat at the hotel, you have to walk more than ten minutes to the food court. But when you're exhausted from a day of playing and arrive at the hotel at 7 PM, you just want to go straight to a restaurant to eat your fill and recharge. However, as soon as you reach the hotel entrance, the sea breeze was so strong it blew us, who are sensitive to cold, back to the hotel. Taking a taxi to Island 2 didn't help either, as there was no large shopping complex that could provide shelter from the wind and rain. We just made do. Even more frustrating, if you don't use the hotel breakfast, the earliest external delivery the hotel allows is 9 AM, and you receive it at 9:15 AM. So many inconveniences. It was a loss for someone like me who only stayed one night to check it out. I didn't enjoy any perks and left the island. Not even a complimentary electric cart tour. Even if they didn't offer other things, a free electric cart from the hotel entrance to the food court would have been great. Alas, I shouldn't be so impulsive next time.

Found a real gem! This hotel is incredibly unique and completely breaks the mold of traditional hotels. The decor is fresh and beautiful – I fell in love at first sight! The room type we booked even came with a swing, and my child couldn't stop playing the moment we walked in. Pure joy! The hotel pool's depth is perfect, not too deep, so I felt completely at ease letting my little one play in the water, and they had an absolute blast. Room cleanliness was impeccable, spotless down to the smallest details, making for a truly comfortable stay. The location is fantastic too – step right out to the beach and ocean. Whenever my child wanted to play in the sand or see the sea, it was right there, incredibly convenient for family travel! But what deserves the most praise is the hotel's service; it was exceptionally heartwarming! On the day we checked in, my child accidentally got separated from us and lost the room card. The front desk lady immediately helped us get in touch, reissued a new card, settled our child, and even thoughtfully bought some snacks to comfort them. We were truly touched! Our entire experience was perfect. From the environment and facilities to the service, there wasn't a single flaw. If you're planning a family trip, this is definitely the place to choose. Highly recommended!

Facilities: This five-star hotel boasts comprehensive and luxurious facilities. The large balcony with a bathtub, lounge chair, and table is a thoughtful touch. The linens are of excellent quality and very comfortable. However, the toiletries could use an upgrade. The breakfast buffet is rich, varied, and delicious, featuring Hainanese specialties. Dishes and drinks are replenished promptly, which is a big plus! 👍 Cleanliness: Very clean and tidy! 👍 Environment: Both the interior and exterior environments are excellent! It really has a holiday vibe. The hotel offers very convenient and close access to the beach and seawall, and it's clean and not crowded. Service: The front desk and housekeeping staff are well-trained. They actively greet guests and respond to guest requests promptly and proactively. A huge thumbs up! 👍

I've stayed here twice, and both times the front desk service during check-in was very poor. The executive lounge service was a hit or miss, and there was one female staff member whose attitude was exceptionally bad (I forgot her name, but everyone should avoid her). However, I must commend the housekeeping staff. They were incredibly meticulous, even helping me hang my freshly washed clothes on the balcony, carefully laying them out one by one with towels underneath. I was deeply touched. A special shout-out to Chen Shanghong; with such dedication, you're bound to succeed wherever you go! 👍
