I did had a GREAT stay at Diwane Hotel & Spa Marrakech. The service was 10 out of 10 I will definitely recommend! The taxi driver Añas made the whole vacation. He was really a big help during my whole vacation, best service ever! I would definitely be back!

This hotel does not look very inspiring from the outside, but has a beautiful interior and comfortable rooms. Gorgeous Moroccan decor. Room was very spacious and comfortable with a large bathroom. No hospitality tray. Shower was over the bath, and there was no shower curtain, so it was quite a challenge not to flood the bathroom. Fridge and safe in the room. There is a bar next to the pool that seemed to be open all day. Restaurant was good and we had a buffet one night and A la Carte the second night - both really good. Breakfast was excellent. the location was good, and you could walk to a shopping mall, supermarket and pharmacy. Jardin Majorelle was in walking distance as were the Souks and an interesting little art gallery. Great location!

Hotel reception, lobby, pool area and restaurant is lovely, great place to have drinks, food and relax away from the hustle of the city centre. Staff were friendly and helpful on all matters from airport taxi, money exchange, printing boarding passes etc. Room as previous reviews state are a bit tired and run down but cleaners did a fantastic job making up the room each day.

I stayed here for 5 nights Check in and check out was very smooth Breakfast options are good however it closes too early at 10am so I hardly ate it .Staff are very accommodating and I felt safe whilst I was here.I booked an ourika valley trip with the hotel and the views were breathtaking. Overall I would come back to this hotel especially because there are corner shops nearby and restaurants.McDonalds is a 10 minute walk away as well as a mall.Jema al fna is 15 min drive away and is a must visit if you are coming Marrakesh.Hope this helps :)

We came across a great deal for Hotel Diwane - a deal that was too good not to book! And I am so glad that we did. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Aziz who helped around the pool, he was always on hand to help make sure you were comfortable. The rooms were large, clean, cool and comfortable. The food was really tasty and there was plenty of choice. And on top of all that, all the attractions are only a short taxi ride away so you could feel close to everything whilst being in a quieter part of town. The hotel may be slightly older than some, but if you see a good deal to come here I would definitely say it is worth taking it. We would happily go back!

A beautiful hotel. The staff are amazing, so lovely and helpful. A special thank you to Aziz the pool guy, he looked after us so well and is a massive asset for the hotel. The food is really good also. Highly recommend this hotel for a visit to Marrakech, really good location.

Had a wonderful time in this lovely hotel! The people who work here are beyond friendly and really willing to help you having the best time. Also everytime we wanted to go out, Anas (a very friendly taxidriver) was always available. He made us feel very safe en brought us to every place we wanted to go. Also going back to the hotel was very easy, just one text message and Anas was there to pick us up! Everything together was a lovely stay and l really would go back to this hotel, when l am back in Marrakesh!

My family and I stayed at Diwane Hotel. We had a fantastic time, the staff were very helpful, accommodating and pleasant. I would particularly like to recommend Anas he drove us to many tourist attractions in Marrakech. He was very polite, helpful not to mention knowledge about the best sightseeing places. He went over and above his role as driver, making booking for venues and offering his insightful guidance and opinion.

Overall lovely stay, Anas the driver was amazing he had our playlists on whenever he picked us up and was always available when needed. Staff go above and beyond, bend over backwards to make sure you get everything you need. Anas made our stay so easy, safe and enjoyable.

This is a 4 star hotel in the pictures but in reality it’s far from it We booked a package holiday when we got to the hotel to check in we were charged a hotel tax £70 we weren’t aware about this but paid as we had no choice We didn’t get the rooms we booked instead we were given 3 rooms on different floors we are a family of 7 this wasn’t ideal In the 5 days we stayed there none of our bedding was changed, we never had any towels and the housekeepers would leave half a roll of toilet paper ! On the plus side the breakfast was very nice every morning

Slow Restaurant service Needs more transparency and consistency when it comes to the trips and services they provide.

Great hotel Which serves a wonderful breakfast ، An unforgettable day with the driver, people to nature, Ourika Valley, through which we visited the waterfalls with the best guide Mouad . We thank everyone who contributed to this experiment .

A really lovely hotel, staff were very friendly, rooms were cleaned everyday, pool area is lush and the freshly cooked bread and hot chocolate at breakfast was my favourite! There was someone at a desk helping to book excursions like quad biking etc. And a 20 minutes walk away from the Souks/Medina (5 mins in a cab).

Customer service is very poor. They were supposed to refill the room with coffee and sugar which they dint and when asked for it, it took them forever to bring it. One time they never did. I had to go out and buy coffee
