A very convenient spot for early transit in terminal 2. Nice , clean, and comfortable beds for fine sleep.

The air conditioning in the room wasn’t working too well.
We also had issues with connecting to the chromecast and the staff didnt do their best to assist.

Big lockers are provided on G/F for customers arrive before the official check in time.
With an simple breakfast. The coffee machine offers paper cup and coffe mug which is benfitifical to customers who are rushing for the flight.
The room facilities are new, especially with the TV with Chromecast, it is good for watching YouTube or smart media.
The corner sofa and chair are both comfortable and modern in appearance.
Improvement needs to be made:
1. Even though there are three lifts, they are too slow to wait for.
2. The pressure of the shower water is just adequate. It can be seen that there is leakage and adhesive used to fill a crack on the hand shower hose.

It’s ok for a short stay. I stayed only a night. The room is a bit small. The elevators a bit hard to use.
